Today, the increasing use of solar energy contributes to the EU's energy policies. Increasing use of renewable energy sources reduces pollutant emissions, dependence on fossil fuels and improves air quality. Globally, installed photovoltaic capacity has reached 400 GW by the end of 2017, and is projected to reach 4,500 GW by 2050. In the context of this research, we would like to present a detailed presentation of the possibilities and effects of integrating solar systems into electricity networks. The integration of renewable energies into networks is of paramount importance to researchers because of current energy demand and the depletion of fossil fuel reserves and environmental impacts. In this study, we highlight the effects of solar network integration on both the solar system and the public utility service. We also report on the opportunities and impacts of integration in Hungary in connection with our research. Today, solar panels are the cornerstone of sustainable development.
Many residential building use electrical heaters mainly in bathrooms, even as a supplement heating device. These devices typically operate at very high efficiency, since in most cases, electrical current is converted into Joule-heat by means of electrical resistances. The humidity of the air in bathrooms is often very high. Therefore, it would be useful to apply such heating devices, which not only increase the temperature of the air, but also reduces the absolute humidity of it. If a heat pump is used for heating purposes where both the heat absorber and the heat exchanger are placed in the same airspace, condensation occurs at a temperature below the dew point of the given air condition at the point of heat extraction thus some of the humidity precipitates. Along with this the absolute humidity of the air can be reduced (which is also recommended for hygiene reasons). Furthermore, due to the latent heat released during the condensation a significant excess of heat appears on the heat exchanger, increasing the heating efficiency over 100%. The design and operation of a heat pump heater operating on such a principle is described in this study, addressing the typical air-conditioning parameters, correlations, calculations performed for the design.
Háztartási hűtőberendezések hozzátartoznak mindennapjainkhoz. Mivel folyamatosan működő berendezésekről van szó, kiemelten fontos, hogy a felhasznált villamos energiát milyen hatásfokkal hasznosítják. A felhasznált energia mennyiségét több tényező együttesen határozza meg. Ilyen például a hűtőaggregát hatásfoka, a hőszigetelés hatásossága, a hűtőtérben kialakuló hőmérséklettér egyenletessége stb. A hűtőberendezések igen nagy számban készülnek, s erős a konkurenciaharc. A mérési eredményeket összevetjük numerikus szimuláció előzetes eredményeivel. A vizsgálatnak nem tárgya a hűtőaggregátok modellezése.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
