Objetivos: O presente estudo teve a proposta de discutir um relato de experiência acerca do uso de tecnologias digitais e Ensino Híbrido envolvendo Programas de Residência na cidade do Recife. Metodologia: Estudo descritivo do tipo relato de experiência realizado de abril de 2016 a dezembro de 2020, envolvendo 195 residentes, 21 coordenadores e 200 preceptores/tutores, que versa sobre a criação de uma comunidade de práticas usando ambiente virtual de aprendizagem baseado em Moodle. Resultados: O ambiente virtual criado proporcionou a utilização de recursos digitais para o Ensino Híbrido, incluindo videoaulas; discussão síncrona e assíncrona de Trabalhos de Conclusão de Residência (TCR); oferta de disciplinas e módulos transversais a exemplo de metodologia da pesquisa científica, espiritualidade e integralidade; módulo gestão organizacional do redesenho curricular otimizando, dessa forma, o processo de ensino e aprendizagem nos programas de residência. Conclusões: A experiência permitiu, além da pesquisa, troca de saberes, aprendizagem significativa, confiança e apoio dos envolvidos em todas as ações elaboradas, corroborando com a proposta de manter a excelência dos programas de residência em saúde.
Introdução: O Programa de Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde Coletiva da Secretaria de Saúde do Recife (SESAU-Recife) surge a partir do advento do Pró-Residência do Ministério da Saúde, prevendo o uso de Ambientes Virtuais de Aprendizagem e Metodologias Ativas. Objetivo: Relatar a experiência interdisciplinar oriunda da reestruturação do módulo de Políticas Públicas de Saúde utilizando o ensino híbrido. Método: O estudo se desenvolve em formato de relato de experiência sobre o trabalho interdisciplinar realizado entre a Coordenação do Módulo de Políticas Públicas de Saúde (PPS), reestruturado a partir do ano de 2018 e facilitadores educacionais, com base na espiral construtivista e ensino híbrido, incluindo o uso da Plataforma de Tele-educação INDU. Resultados: Um total de 65 residentes passaram por essa estratégia educacional, sendo estes dispostos na divisão de duas turmas. A carga horária total foi de 48 horas, utilizando a sala de aula invertida (flipped classroom) e outras metodologias ativas. Conclusão: A adoção do AVA e do ensino híbrido permitiram adotar metodologias ativas a partir da tecnologia, otimizando a aprendizagem dos residentes e operacionalização do redesenho curricular. Foi permitido o registro formativo e avaliativo, desenvolvimento da autonomia dos residentes, incorporação da aprendizagem significativa, interação, colaboração e inovação educacional.
Objetivo: Analisar o perfil dos exames de telediagnóstico da Rede de Núcleos de Telessaúde de Pernambuco no período de 2018 a 2020. Métodos: Estudo transversal, retrospectivo, descritivo e exploratório, com abordagem quantitativa, cuja amostra foi constituída pelos exames de telediagnóstico da RedeNUTES no período de 2018 a 2020. Incluiu-se os exames produzidos nas áreas de radiologia, oftalmologia, cardiologia e dermatologia. Excluiu-se os procedimentos solicitados fora do Estado de Pernambuco. O armazenamento e tabulação dos dados foram realizados no Microsoft Office Excel 2013, e a análise executada por meio de estatística descritiva simples. Resultados: Foram observados 16523 procedimentos de acordo com os critérios de inclusão, distribuídos de forma não igualitária no decorrer do tempo. Deste total, 4 procedimentos não foram considerados para fins de análise. 66% da amostra correspondeu ao sexo feminino. A média de idade dos pacientes variou, predominando a faixa etária ativamente produtiva. Quanto à distribuição espacial, houve descentralização em relação à solicitação dos exames. Conclusões: A telessaúde agregou um importante papel na qualificação da Atenção Primária à Saúde (APS). O uso de Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação (TIC) em saúde reforça a maior abrangência e acesso à saúde, auxiliando no cumprimento dos princípios básicos do SUS.
