El presente artículo da cuenta de los fundamentos referenciales de cómo el mercado condiciona a las organizaciones para competir con atributos intangibles del producto, mismos que se relacionan con los componentes básicos de la sustentabilidad (social, ambiental y económico). De igual manera fundamenta cómo la equidad gerencial, como una demanda intangible de mercado, propicia cambios organizacionales hacia la sustentabilidad. Estas bases conceptuales no aparecen de manera tácita en las revisiones de literatura, y constituyen una importante estructura conceptual para abordar el análisis de las organizaciones. En la literatura, las investigaciones que tratan el tema de la equidad gerencial, como una demanda intangible de mercado que propicia cambios organizacionales para transitar hacia la sustentabilidad, es limitada, y es crucial mencionar que el proceso de su integración en la gerencia se traduce en garantía de calidad y excelencia empresarial que da respuesta a una demanda intangible de mercado, la cual coadyuva a la conformación de organizaciones sustentables.
Se estudió el efecto de la temperatura y de la variación de la concentración de plata en una clinoptilolita natural para remover DDD. Mediante las técnicas MEB-EDX y BET se analizó a la muestra natural y modificada. En las pruebas cinéticas se encontró que el equilibrio se presenta a los 180 minutos de contacto y que la plata incrementa la eficiencia de remoción. El proceso presenta una cinética por quimisorción, ya que se ajustó al modelo de pseudo segundo orden y los coeficientes de determinación variaron en un intervalo de 0.9933 a 0.9997. Por las isotermas de adsorción se obtuvo que la máxima concentración adsorbida es de 0.19 mg/g y los datos ajustaron perfectamente al modelo de Langmuir, en el cual se observa que la constante b, relacionada con la energía de adsorción, disminuye cuando hay aumento en la temperatura, lo que indica un decremento de la adsorción a altas temperaturas, teniendo que el orden de adsorción es 25 °C > 35 °C > 45 °C. Se concluye que el proceso es de naturaleza exotérmica, al tener que la adsorción es mayor cuando la temperatura es menor, corroborado por el cálculo de los parámetros termodinámicos (ΔH°, ΔG° y ΔS°).
El presente trabajo de investigación tiene por objetivo proporcionar evidencia referencial sobre la relevancia de la logística interna en el avance de las organizaciones agrícolas hacia sustentabilidad. El fundamento metodológico se sustenta en una revisión puntal del estado del arte entre los conceptos de logística interna y sustentabilidad en las organizaciones para fundamentar la hipótesis de que los procesos logísticos coadyuvan a la sustentabilidad de los sistemas agrícolas. Los resultados de las búsquedas, indican que la literatura se ha ocupado relativamente poco por establecer esta relación entre logística interna y nivel de sustentabilidad, lo que da adecuado nivel de originalidad y capacidad analítica para abordar los problemas complejos de los sistemas agrícolas.
Objetivo: ofrecer un panorama de la equidad gerencial y su influencia en el aspecto social de la responsabilidad social empresarial, que se ha incorporado en los procesos de las organizaciones a través del principio del desarrollo sustentable. Metodología: la revisión sistemática se realizó utilizando la guía Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Más aún, los criterios de inclusión de los artículos fueron (i) escritos en inglés o español, (ii) publicados en una revista académica revisada por pares y (iii) centrados en temas relacionados con la sustentabilidad social y su relevancia en los sistemas agrícolas. Resultados: se encontraron y analizaron siete estudios que cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión. Limitaciones: el número de artículos encontrados en las cuatro bases de datos (ScienceDirect, Scopus, Springer y JStore). Conclusiones: la equidad gerencial influye en la responsabilidad social empresarial de los sistemas agrícolas, a través de la incorporación del principio ético del desarrollo sustentable.
