The study aimed to identify the reality of polarizing professional human resources from the point of view of academics in Jordanian higher education institutions (JHEI), following the variables: gender, educational qualification, academic qualifications, years of service, and type of institution. The study followed a descriptive-analytical approach. The study sample comprised 674 faculty members working in various institutions of the JHEI. The researcher used a questionnaire comprising 24 items as a study instrument. The study’s findings revealed that the JHEI for polarizing professional human resources were ordinary. and that academic institution administrations encourage personnel to submit distinguished ideas. Also, they seek to adopt a philosophy of change as needed, while the administrations do not care about measuring the job satisfaction of employees. Periodically, it was found that JHEI encourage feedback from students to improve the quality of services and adopt modern technological means to provide their services.
Introduction. Digital stimuli are one of the strategies prepared by higher education institutions in university teaching in the field of vocational education, but they do not attach importance to them from other strategies that are used. The investigation of the role of educational digital stimuli in achieving the academic passion of vocational education students in Jordanian universities in light of COVID-19 is important to try to know the effect of digital stimuli on the academic passion of vocational education students. Methodology and research methods. The descriptive survey method was used to analyse the data. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire consisting of (29) items was designed, divided into three areas: dynamics (11 items), mechanics (7 items), and components (11 items) to collect data. The study sample consisted of 260 male and female students in Jordanian universities. Results and scientific novelty. The results showed that the role of educational digital stimuli in achieving academic passion was ‘high’ with no statistically significant differences due to the gender variable, with statistically significant differences due to the variables of the academic year and university type. Practical significance.
This study aims to demonstrate the Jordanian Hashemites’ custodianship of the Islamic sanctities in Jerusalem and their role in preserving its Islamic identity from the attempts of Judaization exposed by the Israeli State. The reigns of his Majesty King Abdullah I and King Hussein (kings of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan) were taken as a model for the study, by presenting the most prominent services provided to Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem, such as restoration, renovation, rebuilding, and providing financial and non-financial support to these sanctities. The study concludes that the Hashemites’ custodianship of the Islamic sanctities in Jerusalem was not only connected with the Jordanian-Palestinian relations, but also came out of the Hashemites’ faith in their religious and national duty to preserve Jerusalem identity and stand in the face of any attempt to Judaize, control and divide Jerusalem. This custody began since the era of Sharif Hussein bin Ali and it has continued to the present time.

Objectives: This study investigates the relationship between social media (SM) and family disintegration from the perspectives of Jordanian families in Irbid city, located in the north of Jordan. It explores this relationship in light of various variables, including gender, age, family's monthly income, and educational level. Methods: The study sample consisted of 294 fathers and mothers randomly chosen from Irbid city. A questionnaire was used as a means of data collection. Results: The study revealed that 63.6% of the sample confirmed a strong relationship between social media and the increasing cases of family disintegration in Jordanian society. Additionally, 50.7% of the participants reported the occurrence of family disintegration cases within their social environment. The participants believed that social media has contributed to higher divorce rates, marital disputes, domestic violence, spouse desertion, and poor marital and family relations. They also identified social media as a source of family instability, citing its role in generating conflicts within families, facilitating sexual deviations among children, promoting unhealthy marital relationships, contributing to children's disobedience towards their fathers, increasing rates of marital infidelity in both women and men, and undermining the moral and value system of Jordanian families. Conclusions: The study concluded that there were no statistically significant differences in the effects of social media on family disintegration based on gender, family's monthly income, and educational level. The study recommends raising awareness among families and society about the potential dangers associated with improper use of social media platforms.
