Emphasize the importance of access to oral health from early childhood in order to raise awareness of chronic caries. It is an integrative, qualitative and descriptive literature review study. Oral health is integrated into the general well-being and quality of life of the individual, and when brought to the school environment through the Health at School Program (PSE), an accurate assessment and appropriate treatments are needed to politicize the use of new habits. that influence oral health. Strategies can be employed by dentists in the public sector, together with teachers, so that it can then be passed on to children and reduce the incidence of caries in early childhood.
