In recent times, the green transition, by promoting carbon neutrality, has become highly imperative to meet environmental challenges. The present literature review study seeks to explore the intersecting role of greener innovations in facilitating financial inclusion for a sustainable future. Within the global agenda is the goal of carbon neutrality, with the aim of reducing environmental impact and mitigating climate change. Aim: The present study aims to investigate the role that technological innovations play in the financial inclusion of achieving climate neutrality. Method: Through a systematic literature review, we investigate how new innovations generate new investment opportunities and promote sustainable development. However, fair, accessible, and inclusive financing is crucial. Findings: the analyzed documents in this study shows that technological innovations can play an important role in financial inclusion for carbon neutrality and provide some important policy implications. Indeed, a favorable regulatory environment could generate positive effects already in the short term, with important environmental, economic, and social repercussions.
The emergence of Education 4.0 is a result of Industry 4.0 that demands the transformation of the education sector at a different scale. Therefore, students have been challenged to adopt such new methods and technology to integrate into their course of learning. This chapter aims to develop a conceptual framework of Education 4.0 in association with students' well-being in order to contribute a new dimension of Education 4.0 to the well-being of students. Descriptive and exploratory approaches were applied to figure out whether Education 4.0 would lead to the well-being of students in the educational environment. The results outlined the various factors that lead to the positive aspect of Education 4.0 along with various challenges that are required to explore at the society level to implement Education 4.0, which is the current need of society. As we are moving towards digitalization and technology-enabled education system because of the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic, such adoption may uplift the education system.
The pandemic of COVID-19 has caused a serious effect on health, economic, social, political, demographic, and all other various aspects of the economy. It has given a huge impact on the education system in a worldwide manner that leads to the closure of universities, colleges, and schools. This study aims to assess the impact of the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic on the education sector in special reference to India. The loss of learning was majorly pronounced among students from a disadvantaged prospectus. The authors conducted a qualitative document analysis of all the published articles that explained the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on the education system from 2019-2021. The study provides an insight on the barriers in education due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The result shows the evolution of technology-enabled education in the learning sector. Finally, the challenges articulated by the learners during online learning include external as well as internal factors and causes.
