Compared with front engine vehicle, the windward side's flow field in cooling model of rear engine bus is complicated and it can't be calculated by means of 1D model. For this problem, this paper has used Star-CCM to build a 3D simulation model of cooling system, engine compartment and complete vehicle. Then, it had a 1D/3D coupling calculation on cooling system with Kuli software. It could be helpful in the optimization design of the flow field of rear engine compartment and optimization match of cooling system.
It’s introduced the method of calculation, modeling techniques and solution techniques of the aerodynamic performance of engine cooling fan. Based on a fan-tunnel test, the relation between static pressure, power, efficiency with volume flow is calculated in Fluent. It is proposed a few improved models and compared the calculations of different models. It’s analyzed the problems and reasons in the calculations of models and proposed the improved methods in fan test and numerical calculation. Keywords:Cooling Fan, Aerodynamic Performance, Models
In order to build a high-precision dynamic geological model to serve the intelligent mining, working face is explored step by step through the comprehensive prospecting technology. A multi-source data fusion method was applied to realize mutual verification, supplement, fusion and interpretation of non-uniform heterogeneous geological data to obtain a high-precision geological data volume. Also, the dynamic update model method was proposed to update 3D geological model of working face quickly so that the accuracy of the geological model can be improved effectively. Furthermore, cutting path planning technology was developed based on the dynamic geological model. The field test showed that the cutting path planning based on the high-precision dynamic geological model can improve the coal mining efficiency and improve the fusion efficiency between geology and coal mining systems. Dynamic update of multi-attribute geological information should be studied and developed to improve the automatic level of mining driven by geological data.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
