Электрохимические процессы по нанесению защитных покрытий современного гальванического производства широко применяются в различных отраслях промышленности. Использование в гальваническом производстве химически активных растворов и тяжелых металлов позволяет отнести его к категории опасных. Цель работы-комплексное исследование морфометрических параметров нано-и микрочастиц, содержащихся в воздухе рабочей зоны предприятий, использующих гальванические ванны и электрохимические процессы. Для комплексного изучения гранулометрического состава и концентрации гальванического аэрозоля (ГА) в воздухе рабочей зоны мы применили комбинированный метод, включающий: 1) измерение количественного состава взвешенных частиц (мг/м 3) согласно ISO 21501-4 для определения концентрации частиц РМ 0.3 , PM 0.5 , PM 1 , PM 3 , PM 5 , PM 10 с помощью портативного лазерного счетчика; 2) измерение массовой концентрации взвешенных частиц PM 10 согласно европейскому стандарту определения взвешенных веществ EN 12341: 2014; 3) измерение гранулометрического состава взвешенных частиц методом осаждения с помощью лазерной гранулометрии. В воздухе рабочей зоны гальванического цеха количество частиц фракции PM 0,3 более чем в 10 000 раз превышает количество частиц фракции PM 10. Максимальное количество частиц зафиксировано вблизи ванны никелирования. Массовая концентрация фракции взвешенных частиц PM 10 составила 0,04 ± 0,0001 мг/м 3. В большинстве исследованных точек содержание частиц размерностью выше 700 мкм составляло 30-90 % и только на линии закалки алюминия чаще встречались частицы с размером менее 10 мкм. Качество воздуха рабочей зоны гальванического производства не обеспечивает в полной мере безопасность условий труда, так как преобладание ультратонких фракций в составе промышленного аэрозоля может оказывать так называемое «подпороговое действие», вызывая бронхолегочные заболевания.
