Целью исследования было разработать математическую модель для оценки риска развития жизнеугрожающих осложнений: кардиогенного шока (КШ) и отека легких в остром периоде инфаркта миокарда (ИМ) на основе анализа уровней фракталкина/CX3CL1, асимметричного диметиларгинина (ADMA) и трансферрина (TFN). В исследовании приняли участие 63 пациента в остром периоде ИМ и 20 соматически здоровых добровольцев. Для разработки математической модели были изучены клиникоанамнестические и лабораторные показатели. Иммуноферментный анализ был использован для оценки уровней фракталкина/CX3CL1, ADMA и TFN. Было выявлено, что уровни изучаемых биомаркеров у пациентов в остром периоде ИМ статистически значимо отличались от группы соматически здоровых добровольцев. С помощью множественной логистической регрессии из клинико-анамнестических и лабораторных показателей был проведен отбор факторов-предикторов для создания прогностической математической модели с наибольшей точностью предсказания. По результатам проведенного анализа, факторами-предикторами стали: фракталкин/CX3CL1, ADMA и TFN. Также были выявлены пороговые значения уровней фракталкина/CX3CL1 и ADMA, которые составили: 753,5 и 1,4 мкмоль/л соответственно. Разработанная математическая модель для оценки риска развития жизнеугрожающих осложнений в остром периоде ИМ обладает высокой чувствительностью (96,2%) и специфичностью (80%).
