Zusammenfassung Proben von Weizenkleie und Weizen aus Chargen, die hauptsächlich für Fütterungszwecke bestimmt waren, wurden in zwei Jahren in einem Gebiet Südwestdeutschlands gezogen und auf Ergosterin (ERG), einen Parameter für die von Pilzen gebildete Biomasse, sowie auf die Fusarientoxine Deoxynivalenol (DON) und Zearalenon (ZEA) untersucht. ERG, DON bzw. ZEA wurden in 100, 100 bzw. 71% der Kleieproben, und in 100, 74 bzw. 18% der Weizenproben gefunden. Der mittlere Gehalt von ERG, DON bzw. ZEA lag bei 11,3 mg/kg, 788 μg/kg, bzw. 20 μg/kg in der Kleie, und bei 4,7 mg/kg, 204 μg/kg bzw. 11 μg/kg im Weizen. Die Unterschiede zwischen Kleie und Weizen sind signifikant (p < 0,01). Der Gehalt an DON lag in 24% der Kleie und 3% der Weizenproben über 1 mg/kg, der Gehalt an ZEA in 3% der Kleie‐ und 1% der Weizenproben über 60 μg/kg. Es wird empfohlen, Weizenkleie in Futterrationen für Schweine und bei der menschlichen Ernährung restriktiv einzusetzen.
