Bei 84 Mammakarzinompatientinnen wurde präoperativ die zelluläre Immunität untersucht. 47 Patientinnen waren frei von regionären und Fernmetastasen, 37 Patientinnen hatten bereits axilläre Lymphkno-ten- aber noch keine Fernmetastasen. Als Kontrollkollektiv dienten 32 klinisch gesunde Frauen. In bezug auf die Leukozytenzahl und den prozentualen T-Zell-Anteil an der Gesamtlymphozytenpopulation ergaben sich zwischen gesunden Frauen und den Mammakarzinompatientinnen keine Unterschiede. Die Karzinompatientinnen wiesen jedoch gegenüber dem Kontrollkollektiv eine signifikant erhöhte Lymphozytenzahl auf. Trotz quantitativer Zunahme der Lymphozyten konnte bei den Mammakarzinompatientinnen eine signifikant ernied-rigte Concanavalin-A-Stimulationsfähigkeit nachgewiesen werden. Bei den Mammakarzinompatientinnen mit regionären Lymphknoten-metastasen war auch die Stimulationsfähigkeit durch Phytohämagglutinin erniedrigt.
analysiert. Das Serum der Probanden wurde mit H3-5d-Dihydrotestosteron (DHT) inkubiert und fiber eine mit Sephadex-G-100 geffillte Chromatographies/iule aufgetrennt. Quantifiziert wurde das SHBG an der spezifisch gebundenen Radioaktivit/it in den einzelnen Fraktionen. Die yon ffinf Frauen in der Follikelphase, d. h. vom 7.-11. Zyklustag gepoolten Serumproben ergaben eine SHBG-Konzentration von 28 fmol/~tl.In der prfiovulatorischen Phase, d. h. 2 Tage vor der Ovulation bis 2 Tage post ovulationem, ergab die SHBG-Bestimmung ann/ihernd identische Werte. Dagegen ist in der Corpus luteum-Phase die Konzentration des SHBG mit einem Mittelwert von 50 fmol/~l deutlich h6her.Eine eindeutige Korrelation zu den Ostradiol-Plasmakonzentrationen lieg sich nicht nachweisen. Dagegen lag eine gute Korrelation zu der Testosteron-Plasmakonzentration vor.In einem kleinen Kollektiv von zehn pr/imenopausalen Patientinnen mit einem Mammakarzinom konnte weder bei rezeptorpositiven noch -negativen Tumoren eine signifikante Abweichung der SHBG-Plasmakonzentrationen von der Norm gefunden werden.Eine fihnliche Situation ergab sich in der Postmenopause. Die SHBG-Plasmakonzentration gesunder postmenopausaler Frauen betrug 42 fmol/~tl. Postmenopausale Mammakarzinompatientinnen wiesen keine sichere Abweichung von dem gesunden Kollektiv auf. Diese Aussage ist bei der bis jetzt untersuchten kleinen Fallzahl nur als Trendmitteilung aufzufassen. Eine Untersuchung gr6Berer Fallzahlen ist jedoch zur Bestfitigung dieser Aussage unbedingt erforderlich. Dennoch machen die bisherigen Ergebnisse wahrscheinlich, dab eine diagnostisch brauchbare Korrelation der SHBG-Plasmakonzentration zum Rezeptorstatus yon Mammakarzinomen nicht vorhanden ist.
