p‐Nitrophenylessigsäure (I) läßt sich mit Nickel zu einem 1:5 ‐Gemisch und mit Ruthenium zu einem 3:1‐Gemisch der cis‐ und trans‐Formen der p‐Aminocyclohexylessigsäure (II) hydrieren.
Durch Umsetzung des p‐Bis‐(2‐chloräthyl)‐amino‐phenylessigsäurechlorids (I) nach Schotten‐ Baumann mit den cis‐ und trans‐Isomeren der 3‐ oder 4‐Amino‐cyclohexan‐carbonsäure bzw. ‐essigsäure (II) erhält man die p‐Bis‐(2‐chloräthyl)‐amino‐phenacetyl‐3(4)‐ amino‐cyclohexancarbonsäure bzw. ‐essigsäure (III).
