Tyrimo pagrindimas. Per pastaruosius 10 metų pastebėtas akivaizdus priekinio kryžminio raiščio chirurginių operacijų padidėjimas. Pagrindiniai ligoniai yra jauni sportininkai, norintys iš karto pašalinti padarytos žalos padarinius ir grįžti į sportą kuo anksčiau. Elektrostimuliacija, naudojama kartu su kineziterapija, leidžia greičiau atgauti keturgalvio raumens jėgą, judesio amplitudę kelio sąnaryje ir sumažina skausmą. Tikslas – nustatyti šešių savaičių kineziterapijos ir elektrostimuliacijos poveikį sportininkų po priekinio kryžminio raiščio rekonstrukcijos operacijos kelio sąnario judesio amplitudei, skausmui ir keturgalvio raumens jėgai. Metodai. Tiriamieji – sportininkai po priekinio kryžminio raiščio rekonstrukcinės operacijos praėjus 6 savaitėms. Atsitiktine tvarka jie buvo suskirstyti į dvi grupes (tiriamąją ir kontrolinę). Tiriamajai grupei buvo taikoma kineziterapijos pratimų programa kartu su elektrostimuliacija, kontroli- nei – tik kineziterapijos pratimų programa. Prieš tyrimą ir po jo buvo vertinamas skausmas vizualine skausmo skale balais, keturgalvio raumens jėga tiesimo ir lenkimo metu – naudojant R. Lovett’o balų sistemą, goniometrija parodė tiesimo ir lenkimo laipsnius. Rezultatai. Vertinant abi grupes, gautas statistiškai reikšmingas pokytis (p < 0,05), padidėjo keturgalvio raumens jėga ir kelio sąnario amplitudės, sumažėjo skausmas. Išvada. Kineziterapijos kartu su raumenų elektrostimuliacija taikymas sportininkų po priekinio kryžminio raiščio rekonstrukcinės operacijos kelio sąnario judesio amplitudei, skausmui ir keturgalvio raumens jėgai yra didesnis nei vien tik kinezitearpijos.
