In order to solve the problem of office automation, this paper proposes the design and implementation of office automation system based on Internet of things technology. This method is to carry out mobile office function through smart phones to realize business message exchange and real-time processing of process approval business. The system adopts b/s structure and adopts the form of front-end machine to realize information sharing between the mobile system and the original system. When users choose to send mail or reply to mail, the client can read the current user name as the sender by itself. The number of uploaded attachments is limited to three at most, and the total size of attachments is not greater than 100 m. Conclusion. This method effectively improves the work efficiency of employees.
IT is the information in government/public policy and technological trends in the industry's R&D has a direct impact on its investment decision making of the very important information. Due to the nature of the information in this technical trend because essential information on open public data the technology by government departments and public institutions that are responsible for producing, on an ongoing basis. In this paper, it was confirmed through the experiment that the method and the possibility to integrate the technology trend information provided by the various agencies can be diagnosed as a maturity level. Also we propose a data collection and processing, storage, optimized service for technical maturity of diagnostic methods. The proposed method determines the overall system configuration and service data ITFIND overall maturity level diagnosis is enabled by leveraging the collected. In addition, through the compensation is considered to be able to proceed to a more accurate diagnostic level.
For successful projects, Project Management Information System(PMIS) using the formal systematic processes is necessary. Because the existing PMIS focuses on low-level project management, the life-cycle administration of the projects is required. In this dissertation, I describe not only the processes for managing a project with the top-down approach(a hierarchical goal setting of the project outcome), but also PMIS which can control whole processes of R&D projects. The PMIS described in this dissertation can reduce the workload of project management by providing user-adaptive environments and linking with related systems, so can be helpful to enhance the efficiency of the project management. A spatial painting system generates a line and curved surface in real time using a virtual brush and palette as controllers. In this study, a spatial drawing framework is designed and efficiently configured with various kinds of modules. By designing the spatial drawing framework with several modules and defining the interfaces, researchers can develop the necessary modules themselves by updating algorithms. Specifically, the base curve generation for creating curved surface and mesh and surface generation comprise various textures and particles. A virtual reality (VR)-based spatial painting application based on this framework was developed and is currently on display at exhibitions.
In circumstances that case studies of management strategy for the domestic media company were rare, this study was performed case analysis of CJ E&M, representative new media/contents company in Korea. However, it is necessary to note that too much emphasis on competition and the performance of the organization may make organizational atmosphere rigid and weaken the global competitiveness.
