This paper presents a study relating to pedagogy approach involving the role of educators, self-directed learning, constructivist learning environment, and students' entrepreneurial endeavor. A conventional pedagogy in class would deploy educators or lecturers as main actors, and students would be on the receiving ends. Currently, many studies have been the focus on finding the best pedagogy in entrepreneurship education. This study is to explore the social constructivist approach in which is said able to encourage students to explore and create their technology business venture in the future while educators would act as mentors to guide students. The study also sought to determine how much educators' role and self-directed learning influence students' entrepreneurial endeavors through the constructivist learning environment. Students from technology entrepreneurship classes were invited to take part in the online survey. Findings had shown that the roles of educators and self-directed learning have a positive effect on an entrepreneurial endeavor. However, a constructive learning environment does not influence an entrepreneurial endeavor. Educators play an essential role in students' self-directed learning that contributes to the constructivist learning environment and their entrepreneurial endeavor. Overall, all variables have a moderate impact on the entrepreneurial endeavor. The level of the constructivist learning environment is still low but promising. Recommendation and suggestions are provided.
In Malaysia, environmental issues are increasing and achieving environmental consciousness and business success is very challenging. The objectives of this research are to know the relationship between regulations, customer pressure and social responsibility towards expected business benefits. Convenience sampling method was conducted to companies listed under Greentech provided by Malaysia External Trade Corporation (MATRADE). It is gathered from the findings that regulations, customer pressure and social responsibility appeared to have significant relationship towards expected business benefits. This research has a prevalent output as the findings serve as a vital component to facilitate the business operating system from the green practices. Environmental problems are becoming more prevalent not only in Malaysia but globally as well. The most serious issue that has been posted is the lack of explicit environmental protection capabilities. According to the results of this study, regulations, consumer pressure, and social responsibility have a significant association with planned market benefits thus, have a wide-ranging effect, as they serve as a critical component in facilitating the company operating system's adoption of green practices. Entrepreneurship has become an important national agenda especially in creating young entrepreneurs. This paper aims to determine the entrepreneurial behavior through technology entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial personality trait of students from Science and Technology clusters. The purpose of technology entrepreneurship subject is to encourage students to embark on their entrepreneurship venture using technology. A total of five hundred and ninety-two usable questionnaires were collected at the end of the semester. Partial Least Square was utilized to explore the relationship of variables. Entrepreneurial personality trait mediated the relationship of technology entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial behavior despite of lack of business exposure among students. Technology entrepreneurship education helps to foster the entrepreneurial behavior among students. In addition, knowing students’ entrepreneurial personality traits further strengthen the entrepreneurial behavior. Findings and recommendation of this study are discussed. Persons with Disabilities are one of the marginalized communities that struggle economically and socially. Entrepreneurship has been considered one of the best options; however, PWDs need help in their business journey. The study investigates factors of the inclusive entrepreneurship model of Persons with Disabilities through their reflection. A focus group semi-structured interview was conducted with ten selected PWDs based on their entrepreneurship experience. Data were analyzed using a thematic analysis approach. Findings show that psychological issues and social discrimination are major entrepreneurship obstacles. Therefore, entrepreneurship programs for PWDs should be more disabled-friendly and focus on their physical and emotional needs.

The purpose of this study is to explore the entrepreneurial personal traits of students from Science and Technology cluster in Universiti Teknologi MARA. Seven entrepreneurial personality traits were included namely, need for achievements, innovativeness, proactive, risktaking, locus of control, tolerance to ambiguity and self-efficacy. Three hundred sixty two questionnaires were collected during the survey, but only three hundred sixty were usable. SPSS version 20 was used to analyze the data. The results showed the need for achievements is the most important while locus of control is the least important. Female students have higher entrepreneurial personality trait compared to male. Students who had attended any entrepreneurship programs tend to have higher Entrepreneurial Personality Traits. While male students were found to have a higher risk-taking trait compared to female. However, there were no differences in term of entrepreneurial personality traits between students who have a business or have experience in handling business compared to those who did not attend any program. The entrepreneurship programs, seminar and events had helped to instill and strengthen the entrepreneurial personality traits among students. The implication of these findings for entrepreneurship research and recommendation are discussed.
