50ETF appears on the Chinese stock market on 9th February,2015, the contracts are European Options and the options are priced by B-S model.50ETF is the only one option that can be traded, there are no American Options in Chinese stock market. This paper studies 50ETF pricing analysis in accordance with the way of American Option. We use Least Squares Monte Carlo Simulation to price 50ETF and analyze them, give the numerical results by matlab program. This issue is worth studying, because the paper studies 50ETF, and price it in the way of American Options, we try to employ Monte Carlo Simulation to solve this problem in china and the results of the paper can enrich the option products in the stock market of China.
Aiming at the complexity of the parallel machine tool error assessment, the distance between the ball joints on the execution platform is considered as the constraint condition to establish the forward kinematic equation, and a mathematic model of space position and attitude errors is established. The paper proposes a method to the error analysis of the parallel machine tool based on Monte-Carlo simulation according to the structure characteristic, and gives a universal computation program. The feasibility of the method is verified by comparing with the traditional motion vector equation differential method in final.
As a powerful tool for scientific research, Monte Carlo simulation has been utilized widely in mechanical engineering for a long time. The paper reviews the application in statistical tolerance analysis, reliability design and analysis, uncertainty analysis in mechanical measurement, robot error, position and attitude analysis, and optimum design. The implementation of Monte Carlo method is also discussed and classified into three types: using Monte Carlo simulation software directly, programming in the development environment with random number generator, and programming from the basic random number generation. Finally, the authors points out using Monte Carlo software directly is recommend because the engineer needn’t concern the detail of the complex computation and can pay more attention to the purpose of the mechanical application.
