In order to optimize the dynamic characteristic of hydraulic system of large forging equipment. It based on the model of one company of a certain aero-engine hydraulic system of hydraulic hammer forging, analysis the composition and working principle of hydraulic systems. Using simulation software AMESim, simulate the model of hydraulic systems and by changing the system pressure, flow and effect of the hammer-head stroke to explore this kind of switching characteristics of forging equipment’s hydraulic system. The result shows that this kind of simulation models can reflect the working status of hydraulic hammer well, and provide a technical reference for analysis and tuning equipment that with similar to forging equipment.
According to requirement of the energy conservation of the distribution system, this paper analyses the principle of D-STATCOM reducing Loss and saving energy in distribution system, from the point of reactive power compensation and harmonic filtering in this article from no point of view. Based on instantaneous reactive power theory, a control strategy for the D-STATCOM voltage bridge circuit designed, to use D-STATCOM the purpose to improve the distribution network power factor. The effectiveness and good operating performance of the device and control strategy are certified by simulation with PSCAD/ EMTDC, filtering out the harmonics and compensating reactive power, so as to achieve the purpose of energy conservation Loss Reduction.

Through design and research of four crawler dual-arm walking mechanism of rescue vehicle, this paper has analyzed the obstacle navigation theory, ensure the center of mass in every working state and draw a clear relationship between working condition and design parameters of four crawler dual-arm walking mechanism’s crawler. By doing research on kinetics of forward and reverse climbing over obstacle of crawler walking mechanism, designing the four crawler dual-arm walking mechanism, and then fixing parameters of the arms, the problem of climbing over obstacles underground has been solved well. Finally, the three - dimensional diagram of its elevation and swing angle relationship has been simulated using MATLAB software.
