UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang tries to be a World-Class University, one of the efforts to realize it is by a Multilingual Program course for the academic community which is mandated by the Center Language Development. This course requires relevant material to develop character participants and to maximal the learning and teaching process. The purpose of this study is to describe the stages of developing bilingual communication-based materials. The development model used is the ADDIE model. The data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis technique and quantitative statistical analysis. The result is the development of bilingual communication-based materials with the ADDIE model with 5 stages, namely: (1) the analysis stage is student analysis, competency analysis, and material suitability analysis; (2) the design stage is compiling Arabic and English materials based on bilingual communication with the theme of daily life; (3) the development stage is validating and improving the product; (4) implementation stage is a limited trial; and (5) evaluation stage includes formative evaluation with the results of the assessment of Arabic material experts 85.3% (very good), English material experts 85.3% (very good), language learning design experts 78.4% (good), and the final result of the academic community's learning with an average score of 81 (very good).
ملخص البحث تتكون هذه الطريقة الإيحائية من مجموعة من التوصيات التعليمية المشتقة من علم الإيحاء الذي وصفه لوزانوف بأن "علم يهتم بالدراسة المنظمة للتأثيرات اللاعقلانية واللاشعورية أو كليهما" التي يستجيب لها البشر بشكل مستمر. بالنظر على تلك الحجة، فمشكلات البحث في هذا البحث: ما مدى فعالية استخدام الطريقة الإيحائية لتنمية مهارة الكلام؟ (أ) في النطق، (ب) المفردات، (ج) التراكيب، و(د) الطلاقة. ومنهج البحث المستخدم في هذا البحث هو البحث التجريبي بالتحليل الكمي والكيفي. ثم حددت الباحثة مجموعة التجربة والضابطة هي الفصل E-6 في البرنامج المكثف لتعليم اللغة العربية بجامعة مولانا مالك ابراهيم الإسلامية الحكومية مالانج للسنة الدراسية 2013-2014م وعددهم الكلي 36 طالبا. استخدمت الباحثة تحليل ت على اعتبار التحصيل القبلي والبعدي. ومن أهم النتائج التي حصل عليها البحث كما يلي: (1) النتيجة t0 من النطق في المجموعة التجريبية هي 51،63 وهذه النتيجة أكبر من المجموعة الضابطة هي 0،129 (2) النتيجة t0 من المفردات في المجموعة التجريبية هي 24،713 وهذه النتيجة أكبر من المجموعة الضابطة هي 1،193. (3) النتيجة t0 من التراكيب في المجموعة التجريبية هي 8،36 وهذه النتيجة أكبر من المجموعة الضابطة 0،383. (4) النتيجة t0 من الطلاقة في المجموعة التجريبية هي 8،475 وهذه النتيجة أكبر من النتيجة في المجموعة الضابطة هي0 . (5) اعتمادا على نتائج الطلاب في الاختبار القبلي والبعدي في الفصل الضابط والتجريبي ونت يجة الملاحظة والاستبانة، إن استخدام الطريقة الإيحائية في تعليم اللغة العربية فعال لتنمية مهارة الكلام. والنتيجة t0 من الاختبار القبلي والبعدي من المجموعة الضابطة هي 0،968 وفي المجموعة التجريبية هي22،695
This study aims to analyze the effect of e-filing implementation, tax knowledge, tax sanctions, and taxpayer religiosity on individual taxpayer compliance in Bangkalan Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study is an individual taxpayer who is in Bangkalan district registered at KPP Pratama Bangkalan. The number of individual taxpayers registered with KPP Pratama Bangkalan in 2021 is 183,995. The sampling technique used a random sampling technique with the calculation of the Hair formula in order to obtain 165 individual taxpayers who became respondents. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is PLS SEM using Smart-PLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that, the implementation of e-filing, knowledge of taxation, tax sanctions, and religiosity partially affect the compliance of individual taxpayers in Bangkalan Regency. the implementation of e-filing, knowledge of taxation, tax sanctions, and taxpayer religiosity simultaneously affect the compliance of individual taxpayers in Bangkalan Regency.

Then the problems in this study: (2) How effective is the use of the Suggestopedia method to develop speaking skills in aspects of pronunciation, vocabulary, sentence structure, and fluency. The research methodology used in this study is quantitative empirical and qualitative analysis. Then the researchers restricted the experimental and control groups to the E-6 class in the Arabic intensive program at Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University of Malang for the 2013-2014 academic year with 36 students. The researcher used the analysis of the T-test to reveal the results of the pre-test and post-test. And the results of this study were: (1) the results of t0 in the pronunciation aspect of the experimental group 51.63 this value is greater than the control group that is 0.129 (2) the results of t0 on aspects of the experimental group vocabulary 24,713 this value is greater than the control group that is 1.193. (3) the results of t0 in the sentence structure aspect of the experimental group 8.36 this value is greater than the control group that is 0.383 (4) the results of t0 in the smoothness aspect of the experimental group 8.475 this value is greater than the control group 0 (5) results of t0 in the pre-test and post-test experimental group was greater by 22.695 than in the control group that was 0.968.
The rapid changes in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution prompted impacts on all aspects of life. As a result, it is necessary for those in the field of education, especially Arabic teaching, to quickly adapt to the changes. The objectives of this research are to describe the models of educational curriculum development presented by famous educational scholars, and to reveal their advantages and disadvantages, and to use them in developing curriculum for teaching Arabic to non-native speakers. The researcher used the qualitative approach and library research in which he studied the ideas of experts in the field of education and curriculum in particular. The data was collected by studying books written by experts in the education curriculum and journals about the curriculum in general and the language curriculum in particular. It was analyzed according to the opinion of Mills, Huberman, and Saldana. The results of this research are: (1) There are some educational curriculum models, namely Ralph Taylor, Hilda Taba, Wheeler, Oliva, and Doll models. (2) It is important to develop the Arabic language teaching curriculum by taking advantage of those models and taking into account their advantage and disadvantages. The conclusion of this research indicates that the curriculum plays an important role in the educational process. Therefore, it needs to be developed further.
