Introduction: Today society faces various complex situations, where physical activity is a fundamental factor as a tool that favors health improvement. Purpose: To use a physical activity program to help improve the physical condition of subjects who were infected with mild to moderate Sars-cov 2. Methodology: Type of experimental and cross-sectional research; The sample consisted of 100 subjects, (43 men and 57 women), with an average age of 45 years from the State of Durango, the duration of the program was 4 months with a periodicity of 2 times a week of 50 minutes each session, excluding subjects who did not want to participate or who did not meet 70% attendance. Results: The percentage of oxygen saturation, the heart rate and the endurance time of physical activity were improved. Conclusion: The intervention program helps to improve physical condition after contracting the Sars cov 2 virus and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
