La legislación educativa española establece que el alumnado de Educación Primaria ha de adquirir la Competencia Digital como una de las Competencias Claves recomendadas por la Unión Europea en el European Framework for Key Competences for Lifelong Learning. La evaluación de las Competencias Clave supone un reto para el profesorado, pues en el proceso de aprendizaje se suele restringir el desarrollo competencial, lo que dificulta su medición. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo validar un instrumento eficaz para medir la competencia digital del alumnado de 5º y de 6º de educación primaria. En esta investigación han participado 170 alumnos de dos centros de Córdoba, con una edad media de 11.05 (DT=.775). Como instrumento de recogida de datos se utilizó el Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) para comprobar el nivel de la adquisición de la Competencia Digital. Los resultados nos muestran que el instrumento se divide en dos dimensiones: utilidad y disfrute, siendo estas dos escalas similares a las que Davis (1989) estableció en el inicio del TAM: utilidad y facilidad de uso. Teniendo en cuenta los resultados, se puede concluir que el TAM se muestra como herramienta válida y fiable para medir la competencia digital de los alumnos de primaria.
