Objetivo: identificar y describir los usos del lenguaje y de significantes en los Proyectos de Ley sobre el aborto que actualmente tienen estado parlamentario en Argentina como expresión de procesos políticos y de discursos sociales que circulan alrededor de los mismos y poner en perspectiva cultural e histórica el debate sobre la penalización/despenalización del aborto.Metodología: a partir de la técnica de análisis documental se examinaron los Proyectos de Ley presentados en ambas Cámaras del Congreso Nacional. Se realizó el análisis de los mismos a través de la confección de grillas para identificar la aparición de ciertos significantes. Con esto se revisó cada documento en particular y en perspectiva socio-histórica. Finalmente, se clasificaron en las siguientes categorías: progresista ampliatorio, progresista moderado y restrictivo. Resultados: se evidenció que los proyectos restrictivos a partir de la naturalización del uso de ciertos significantes y de la apelación al lenguaje jurídico, reproducen y consolidan una matriz de pensamiento que concibe y naturaliza a las mujeres en tanto madres. Aquellos proyectos (progresistas) que buscan salirse de esta matriz, pensando la maternidad como opción, encuentran más dificultades para sostener sus argumentos. Conclusiones: el lenguaje, en este caso a través de las legislaciones, es un instrumento eficaz para modelar y controlar los cuerpos de las mujeres. Detrás del uso de ciertos significantes está la posición macro respecto al aborto y a la autonomía reproductiva de las mujeres.
En el presente artículo se examinan los proyectos de ley referidos al aborto, los cuales actualmente cuentan con estado parlamentario en Argentina (país donde dicha práctica es un delito penado con la cárcel, salvo contadas causales de no punibilidad). El objetivo es indagar, analizar y describir las consideracione referidas a los derechos humanos y la salud, en tanto constituyen dos aspectos que aparecen reiteradamente en los diferentes proyectos, que a su vez remiten a una disputa por los significados en los discursos sociales circulantes con respecto al aborto. A partir de un relevamiento y análisis de documentos de acceso público (proyectos de ley presentados en las distintas Cámaras del Congreso Nacional), pondremos en perspectiva cultural el debate sobre la penalización/despenalización, a fin de comparar los diferentes proyectos de ley, la mayoría de los cuales se centra en la despenalización total y en una menor medida solo en modificaciones a los abortos no punibles, aunque también hay proyectos orientados a reforzar las restricciones vigentes. A la luz de los documentos, nos proponemos analizar los discursos sociales circulantes con respecto al aborto, observando las condiciones para el ejercicio de los derechos sexuales y reproductivos en el país.
Objetivo: caracterizar la construcción, reproducción y re-elaboración de estereotipos de género presentes en las publicidades audiovisuales y gráficas, transmitidas en Argentina en el período 2011- 2014, referidas a productos de consumo infantil, en tanto expresión de violencia simbólica hacia las mujeres, de acuerdo con la definición establecida por la Ley 26485.Metodología: mediante la técnica del análisis documental, en el marco de una metodología cualitativa, se procedió a relevar, describir y analizar las publicidades seleccionadas, haciendo uso de los buscadores de Google, Facebook y Youtube, a partir de un muestro intencional. En una primera instancia se realizó una descripción y análisis de cada publicidad en particular con el fin de identificar los estereotipos de género presentes, a partir de dos categorías o tópicos (mandatos sociales diferenciados por género y el rol de mujer madre cuidadora). Luego, se desarrolló un análisis externo, procurando describir y analizar cada publicidad inserta en el conjunto de circunstancias sociales y culturales que las sustentan, buscando dar cuenta de los procesos socio-culturales que las legitiman y sostienen.Resultados: se evidenció que las publicidades de productos infantiles constituyen una instancia más de violencia simbólica hacia las mujeres, ya que se perpetúan una serie de modelos de “ser mujer” asociados a los quehaceres domésticos/privados, a la sumisión, a los roles pasivos en la sociedad, entre otros, y en oposición a modelos de “ser varón” anclados a roles activos, de fuerza, superioridad, actividades públicas, etc.Conclusiones: considerando a la violencia en términos relacionales e inscripta en relaciones sociales de poder, se afirma que la violencia de género opera sosteniendo una estructura social desigual de dominación hacia las mujeres.
ResumenEntendiendo que se habla de la maternidad y el aborto desde una pluralidad de discursos, el presente artículo se propone analizar, desde una perspectiva sociocultural, las representaciones sobre la maternidad y la interrupción voluntaria del embarazo presentes en la literatura de ficción argentina durante el trienio 2006-2009. A partir del análisis de una serie de textos literarios seleccionados, se busca indagar los vínculos entre la construcción de la maternidad como relación social y la literatura, en tanto espacio de confluencia de diversos discursos sociales que se resignifican en los diferentes campos en los que circulan.Palabras clave: literatura argentina, representaciones, maternidad, aborto, sociología de la cultura. AbstractConsidering that motherhood and abortion are addressed from a plurality of discourses, this article analyzes different representations about motherhood and abortion in Argentinian fiction from the triennium 2006-2009, from a sociocultural perspective. From the analysis of a number of selected literary texts, the article seeks to investigate the links between the construction of maternity as a social relationship and literature, as a space of confluence of diverse social discourses, which are resignified in different fields of circulation.
