Conjoined twins in a triplet pregnancy are extremely rare. Currently, this condition can be diagnosed by antenatal ultrasound examination. Treatment options include termination of pregnancy with loss of all three fetuses or fetal reduction. These procedures are not without risks and ethical problems.
