Oslo 2014 fra studentenes perspektiv 1191 I Oslo har vi nylig revidert studieplanen for profesjonsstudiet i medisin -Oslo 2014. Målet for alle parterstudenter, laerere og ledelse -har vaert å komme naermere den ideelle medisinerutdanningen, selv om vi har vaert uenige i veien dit.Som studentrepresentanter i Medisinsk fagutvalg ved Universitetet i Oslo har vi vaert involvert i hele prosessen med prosjektet Oslo 2014. Vi er derfor invitert av Tidsskriftet til å kommentere studentenes opplevelse av innføringen av den nye studieordningen, og hva som kjennetegner et godt og moderne medisinstudium.
Huskekortene (flash cards) fra danske FADL i henholdsvis farmakologi og mikrobiologi skal lette innlaeringen i fag preget av stor detaljrikdom og pugging. Danmark og Norge er så like i flora og farma at man kan gå ut fra at kortenes retningslinjer og laboratoriediagnostikk holder stand på tvers av landegrensene. Kortpakkene har stilig design og er inndelt i fargekoder etter kategorier. Vedlagt er overordnede tabeller, som er minst like nyttige som kortene.Farmakologikortene har saerdeles mange fargeinndelinger, noe som kan virke forvirrende. Mange legemidler kan som kjent brukes til flere formål og kortene får da flere farger. I enkelte kategorier er det mismatch mellom fargen på selve kortene og oversikten på pakken.Hver enkelt kort er inndelt i navn, stoffgruppe, effekt, virkning, indikasjon, kontraindikasjon, bivirkning og administrasjon -mye innhold på liten plass, alt relevant og oppdatert. Man bør nok kunne det som finnes på kortet. Til hovedeksamen i farmakologi kommer man ikke utenom litt pugging, og der tror vi kortene kan vaere til hjelp.Kortene kan vaere vanskelig å sortere, hente ut og inn av boksen og orientere seg i. Vi savner skilleark mellom kategorier og muligheten til å hekte dem på en metallring, slik som
