This research aims to know about marketing channel and function of marketing is measure by margin, eficiency and marketing benefit of the catch marine fisheries. Average revenue of wholesaler is Rp 30.000.000,00 by the trip, average revenue of agent is Rp 24.561.111,00 by the month and average revenue of retailer is Rp 9.998.900,00 by the month. Average benefit of wholesaler is Rp 17.843.431,00 by the trip, average income of agent is Rp 13.051.319,00 by the month and average income retailer is Rp 5.565.650,00 by the month. Total margin is Rp 16.865,00 and Marketing Efficiency is 56 % for Scads (Decapterus russelli) and 59 % for Eastern Little Tunas (Euthynus sp).
The age of a baby of two years is the golden phase of a child's growth where the brain's capacity is maximally developed. This phase is an essential period in the process of developing children's skills and intelligence which will have a major influence on life as adults. Parents have a responsibility as the main caregivers of children from an early age. This study aims to see the relationship between knowledge, attitudes and behavior of parents about stimulation with the development of a two-year-old baby at the Batahan Health Center. The research design was analytic observational with cross sectional. The population in this study were mothers who had babies aged 21-24 months in June 2022 in the working area of the Batahan Health Center, Mandailing Natal district. The number of samples as many as 61 people obtained using simple random sampling technique, data analysis using Chi-square test. The results obtained on the knowledge variable p-value 0.574> 0.05, the attitude variable p-value 0.727> 0.05 means that there is no relationship between knowledge and parental attitudes about stimulation of toddlers with 2-year-old toddler development, and the behavior variable p-value 0.000 <0.05 means that there is a relationship between parental behavior regarding toddler stimulation and the development of a 2-year-old toddler. The research objective is to determine the technical and management aspects, feasibility hatchery business, the difference in the income of cultivator in the conditons of the covid-19 pandeic and before the covid-19 pandemic, as well as knowing the obstacles and solutions fish hatchery business in Ponoragan Village. The research was carried out from September 2021 to March 2022 in Ponoragan Village, Loa Kulu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. A sample of 20 respondents with reference to the method purposive sampling. The results showed that the technical aspects consisted of pond preparation, selection of broodstock, spawning, stocking of larvae, rearing nener and harvesting seeds. The management functions used by hatchery cultivators are planning, implementation and monitoring management functions. Then, based on the criteria of BCR, NPV, IRR, BEP and Payback Period, it shows that the fish hatchery business in Ponoragan Village is feasible to run. The results of the T-test showed that there was a significant difference between the income of cultivators before and during the covid-19 pandemic, as well as the problems faced by hatchery cultivators, namely weather, pests and varieties. The solution is that farmers make fences from nets around the pond to prevent flooding, while for pests, farmers make snares from threads that are pulled on each side above the pond.

Value. The exchange must be able to describe the fishery ability of fisheries (catching and aquaculture) to meet the needs of (goods and services) with resources derived from fisheries activities. Measurements with this concept is considered more reflect the actual conditions, because measurements by just looking at the changes income (households) without notice changes in the costs not comprehensively describe their welfare. When the concept of exchange rate fishermen (NTN) and exchange rate farmers fish (NTPi) describes the indicators for measuring the purchasing power of the need goods and services required, then when the value the higher the index of the exchange rate will be more welfare. Location of activities carried out in coastal areas Kutai Kartanegara regency covers Sub District of Muara Badak, Anggana, Sanga-Sanga, Muara Jawa, Samboja, and Marangkayu. The data obtainedin the field (primary) and secondary data is then compiled, categorized and analyzed. The focus of the study consisted of two analytical resultsare Exchange Fishermen (NTN) and Fishermen Exchange RateIndex (INTN) were divided into 3groups: Household Fishermen, fishing by fishing fleet, and fishing based on the type of fishing gear. The exchange rate fisherman (NTN) in total revenues and receipts fishery in 2012 based on their fishing geareach consisting of mini trawl of 1.13 and 1.76; trammel net of 1.16 and 1.69; guiding barrier was 1.04 and 1.94; bottom longline 1.28 and 2.07; crab traps of 1.02 and 1.97; troll line of 1.04 and 1.50; and step on the chart of 1.14 and 1.88.
