Objetivo: O objetivo do presente trabalho foi realizar uma revisão sistemática dos ensaios clínicos que tratam sobre intervenções em saúde mental no cenário da COVID-19. Métodos: A busca dos artigos científicos foi realizada por dois pesquisadores independentes, sendo incluídos trabalhos publicados até março de 2021, com texto completo em português ou em inglês. Os ensaios clínicos utilizados na revisão sistemática foram obtidos das bases de dados eletrônicas Pubmed e Scielo. Resultados: Através da análise dos trabalhos incluídos na revisão, que abordaram: intervenção de filosofia e intervenção baseada em mindfulness em crianças do ensino fundamental; intervenção psicoeducacional multimídia online e intervenção integrada baseada na internet em pacientes adultos hospitalizados com COVID-19; intervenção através do protocolo Consciência, Coragem e Amor (ACL) em casais e intervenção baseada em vídeos de ambientes florestais em adultos, chegou-se ao resultado de que intervenções realizadas de modo online também podem ser eficazes para melhorar a saúde mental no contexto da pandemia da COVID-19. Apesar dos estudos analisados abordarem diferentes públicos, em todos eles os resultados da intervenção foram positivos em relação ao que se havia proposto. Conclusão: Existem intervenções realizadas em saúde mental no contexto da COVID-19 que possuem evidência científica de sua eficácia, sendo de fácil realização e de baixo custo. Portanto, políticas públicas voltadas para a saúde mental da população devem ser elaboradas, fundamentadas nas evidências científicas disponíveis, visando reduzir os transtornos mentais advindos ou acentuados pelo atual cenário da pandemia do SARS-CoV-2.
Objetivo: Analisar e comparar abordagens terapêuticas de manejo precoce em pacientes em primeiro episódio de surto psicótico. Métodos: Trata-se de revisão bibliográfica integrativa de 11 artigos disponibilizados na base de dados Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde (BVS) a partir de fórmula de busca constituída por descritores disponíveis no DeCS (Descritores em Ciências da Saúde). Resultados: Dentre os estudos selecionados, 18,1% (n=2) evidenciaram que o tratamento intensivo especializado, por 24 meses, é conduta imprescindível na abordagem do primeiro surto psicótico. Outros 18,1% (n=2) evidenciaram a relevância da terapia de recuperação social, uma adaptação da terapia cognitivo-comportamental que atesta melhor prognóstico e melhores resultados no desfecho do primeiro episódio psicótico. Ademais, 18,1% (n=2) apontaram desfechos favoráveis em relação às terapias de remediação cognitiva em perfis de pacientes específicos. Conclusão: O estudo evidenciado a importância da abordagem precoce e multidisciplinar ao paciente em primeiro episódio de surto psicótico, bem como o acompanhamento intensivo em momentos posteriores ao desenvolvimento do primeiro episódio do surto psicótico.
