The study aims to design a digital marketing model for marketing in an SME in the commercial sector, Trujillo 2021.the type of research applied according to the approach, type of study, purpose and design, qualitative, descriptive, applied and non-experimental; different techniques and instruments were applied such as interview, surveys, observation method, documentary review and questionnaires; from which a sample of 196 customers was chosen. the digital marketing design was carried out using the Sostac methodology resulting in the situational diagnosis, internal and external analysis, the identification of the Core processes and the implementation of strategies for the improvement of digital marketing. The results of the survey showed that 34% of the clients use WhatsApp to be aware of the liquor store, and only 13.5% of the respondents use Facebook and Instagram, 7% knew the brand through Facebook and 16% through Instagram, the content that our clients prefer are promotions. It was concluded that the design of digital marketing with the implementation of appropriate strategies favors the improvement of interactions and the benefits of digital media in line with the organization.
The objective of the research study is to determine the degree of existing correlation of the variable job satisfaction and staff turnover, of the Sánchez Trujillo Corporation -2021. Which is dedicated to the wholesale marketing of non-specialized products. Therefore, it was developed under a methodology of the type of quantitative, descriptive and correlational research, where a sample of 25 current workers of the organization was used, in order to carry out a complete evaluation of the perceptions and opinions provided by the selected personnel. The results indicated that Cronbach was obtained with a value of 0.84 and 0.96 respectively with a P value equal to 0.05, which allowed to verify the hypothesis of the study, likewise the value of this relationship rises with a relationship value of 0.915, therefore which is based on a very good positive relationship. It is concluded that managing the level of employee satisfaction will directly influence staff turnover, either positively or negatively. In addition, the development of this research may be the basis and help for future research and organizations that seek to improve staff satisfaction levels, as well as their corresponding staff turnover.
Los programas de reciclaje se crean para mejorar la calidad del ambiente y proteger la salud de las personas, fomentando a su vez una cultura de reciclaje y un mejor aprovechamiento de los residuos sólidos entre los ciudadanos. Sin embargo, estos programas contienen planes que usualmente no se logran cumplir a cabalidad.Por ello, este artículo tuvo como objetivo realizar una evaluación ex post del «Programa de segregación en la fuente y recolección selectiva de residuos sólidosmunicipales en el distrito de Trujillo» para el periodo 2016-2017. Esta es la base para determinar oportunidades de mejora y asegurar que la experiencia sea replicable en las siguientes implementaciones de este programa pues, a la fecha, no existe un documento que evalúe sus resultados de manera integral.El diseño de la investigación fue no experimental, de tipo descriptivo y cualitativo, utilizando como técnica el análisis documental. Se concluyó que de los cincocriterios evaluados, en el año 2017 solo se cumplió el criterio de eficacia, mas no los criterios de pertinencia, eficiencia, impacto y sostenibilidad en ambos años
