© 2011 SECOM. Publicado por Elsevier España, S.L. Most common primary localization of the tumor was ethmoid and maxillary sinus. The recurrence rate was 40%, predominantly in patients with combined approach (external and endoscopic). Conclusions: The treatment modality is related to the location and extent of the disease. Annual endoscopic follow-up observation is recommended for the preliminary report on the treatment results of this condition and, lifelong follow-up for possible late recurrences.
