Studies suggest that this method can not only improve professional sport technology teaching quality, but also enhance students' cognitive ability, athletic ability and promote the effectiveness of sports skills' formation. It also changes the traditional evaluation methods of oneness and solves the long-standing problems in PE teaching caused by the oneness of traditional subjective evaluation and experience evaluation.Objectively speaking, it is one of the important means to promote the development of higher school teaching reform and quality contraction and the direction of professional sport technology teaching and evaluation reform.
Physical intensive course construction is an important component of the teaching quality and teaching reform in colleges and universities. In this study, after reviewingliterature and applying computer network technology, PPT, Authorware, Flash, Windows movie maker, dartfish, super king and other educational softwares, taking Jiangxi Normal University college tennis intensive courses as an example, we research on how to design an online platform for the college tennis intensive course in a university. In tennis professional intensive courses online teaching design, we must first recognize that tennis is a sports skills curriculum based on body movements as the carrier, commonly known as "technology class”. Secondly, teachers should effectively use information equipment and information resources, so that they can have the abilities to process information, create new information, and do research. They should also focus on teaching objectives. Network instructional designrequires students to actively participate in the interaction and form their own characteristics and style. Thirdly, making an interactive platform of the students' skill level evaluation and diagnosis can avoid students' cognitive performance remaining at an only digital cinema demo viewing stage, thus achieving scientificalness, consistency, and effectiveness in the tennis teaching evaluation. In the future, the construction of the university physical intensive courses, applications and practice of online teaching design requires constantly integration and innovation from teaching concepts, theoretical models and change in methods
Introduction The acceleration of the aging process causes the number of elderly patients with chronic diseases to increase every year, causing hypertension, diabetes, cerebral infarction, and chronic respiratory diseases. This situation considerably threatens the health of the elderly, affecting their quality of life. Objective Improve the health awareness of the elderly as well as modify unhealthy lifestyles. Methods Changes in blood glucose, blood pressure, blood lipids, uric acid, blood oxygen saturation, body mass index (BMI) and other indicators in elderly patients with chronic diseases before and after aerobic exercise were compared and analyzed. Symptoms and common self-management efficacy scores in elderly patients with chronic diseases were compared and analyzed before and after aerobic exercise. Results The detection rate of liver steatosis, overweight and obesity significantly decreased after aerobic exercise. Symptom scores and common self-management efficacy were significantly higher than those collected before the intervention (p<0.05). Conclusion The actual measured and predicted theoretical value of vital capacity, and other vital indicators were significantly improved. Level of evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigating treatment outcomes.
Studies suggest that this method can not only improve professional sport technology teaching quality, but also enhance students' cognitive ability, athletic ability and promote the effectiveness of sports skills' formation.
