El estudio de los Thecideidina (Brachiopoda) del Santoniense de la Serra del Montsec, ha revelado la presencia de unos ejemplares de Thecidellininae similares a algunas especies del Cretácico Inferior y del Eoceno. Estos nuevos especímenes se han atribuido a Mesoseptina minima nov. gen. nov. sp, tecidellínido monoseptal simple caracterizado por una valva dorsal con dos lóbulos interbraquiales subcirculares, una gran cavidad posterior bajo el interbraquio, un limbo granuloso y una valva ventral que presenta, externamente, una pequeña zona de fijación e internamente hemiespondilio. La nueva especie descrita aporta los datos necesarios para valorar, con mayor precisión, los modelos de Smirnova (1969) y Baker (1990 y 1991). La presencia de formas monoseptales simples en el Santoniense (Mesoseptina minima nov. gen. nov. sp.) y en el Campaniense-Maastrichtiense (Bosquetella sp. Muñoz, 1990), permite justificar la existencia de una línea filética común para las formas monoseptales simples que se extendería desde el Jurásico Inferior al Terciario.
Desde hace unos años, se ha intensificado la necesidad de evaluar la sociedad colocando en el centro a las personas y considerando como objetivos la felicidad, la satisfacción de vida y sus preocupaciones personales. En este trabajo, se analiza la relación de la valoración de la situación económica personal con la satisfacción con la vida (en general y diversos aspectos como trabajo, formación, familia, etc.), con el índice de felicidad y con los grados de preocupación con diversos aspectos personales y del entorno cercano a partir de una encuesta realizada en Andalucía en 2018. Para ello, además del análisis de las correlaciones bivariadas, se procede a aplicar modelos de regresión logística ordinal que permitan explicar las relaciones de los distintos indicadores personales de satisfacción, felicidad y preocupaciones con la valoración de la situación económica personal en la actualidad y las perspectivas futuras, ambas diseñadas como variables ordinales.
