Al mismo tiempo, propician la siempre necesaria colaboración entre investigadores delámbito de la Ingeniería de Control y Automática, así como de campos afines, a la hora de abordar complejos proyectos de investigación multidisciplinares. En la actualidad, la robótica móvil está ganando mucha importancia en la industria, no solo dentro de las líneas de producción para la realización de ciertas tareas automatizadas, sino también dentro de la organización del material de los almacenes a través de los vehículos de guiado automático (AGV). Para la correcta actividad de estos dispositivos se necesita de un sistema embebido que controle todo el funcionamiento. Además, en muchas ocasiones, la necesidad de un tamaño reducido y un precio relativamente bajo para el usuario hace necesario abaratar costes en la producción. Por tanto, es necesario estudiar el rendimiento del sistema en el desarrollo de determinadas funciones de manera fluida. En este trabajo se presenta una herramienta de simulación de algoritmos de planificación de trayectorias típicamente utilizados en robótica móvil. Con la herramienta se pueden simular distintos escenarios, así como modificar los diferentes parámetros de cada uno de los algoritmos implementados. Se describe un conjunto de ejemplos ilustrativos en los que se comparan diferentes algoritmos, mostrando de este modo las capacidades de la herramienta.
En este trabajo se presenta una experiencia de trabajo en grupo que pretende mejorar tanto competencias generales (organización, planificación, resolución de problemas, toma de decisiones, etc.) como específicas (modelado, diseño e implementación de sistemas de control) del alumnado implicado. Para ello, se propone el montaje e instrumentación por parte de los estudiantes de una planta experimental de tanques interconectados donde se debe controlar el nivel en los tanques actuando sobre un variador de velocidad que impulsa un caudal, y sobre una servoválvula de tres vías que reparte el caudal entre ellos. Después se debe obtener un modelo del sistema para simular y analizar su comportamiento. El proceso diseñado es un sistema de dos entradas y dos salidas que muestra interacción y ello dificulta su control. Se formaron dos grupos de trabajo en los que cada uno tiene que diseñar una estrategia de control multivariable cumpliendo unas especificaciones en el dominio de la frecuencia. Tras simular los diseños propuestos por cada grupo, se validaron con la planta experimental. Finalmente, cada grupo explicó la metodología de trabajo desarrollada. La experiencia de trabajo resultó satisfactoria, destacándose el interés por parte del alumnado en la aplicación de los conceptos teóricos a una planta real.
ResumenEste trabajo aborda el problema del control de nivel de un tanque de sección trapezoidal. Este proceso es un sistema no lineal cuya dinámica varía según el punto de operación. Se propone una estructura de control adaptativo a través de un controlador PI por ganancia programada de fácil implementación. Dicho controlador se ajusta utilizando métodos en el dominio de la frecuencia en varios modelos linealizados del sistema no lineal en torno a diferentes puntos de trabajo. Los resultados en simulación son contrastados con los experimentales mostrando una buena concordancia y una buena respuesta del sistema.Palabras Clave: control adaptativo, control PI, ganancia programada.
