This document presents the implementation of the Eclipse Process Framework Composer EPFC tool, in a company in the health sector, which where it were using physical documentation to register the processes QMS Quality Management Systems, in this one it is explained the process of adapting the tool, to migrate the documentary structure of the company, through the application of a model that correlates the attributes of the tool with the documentary structure. The proposed model allows the construction of document structures for the QMS that guide the user in their processes and procedures within the organization. Therefore, it is proposed that by promoting knowledge management and reducing the execution time of the processes, it will be possible for companies to be more productive, improve customer service, failure rates in the development of activities be minimized and, and reduces the lead time in the processes. Finally, it was obtained a documentary platform developed under a process approach that implements interactive diagrams that aim to facilitate the understanding of each of the elements that make up the QMS.
The exigencies as soon as to competitiveness and productivity have influenced in the energetic consumption and the demand of electrical energy in Colombia, reason why at the present time it is of much interest and utility to have access to tools or valid models to reach greater knowledge in which related to the possible future projections. Next, the results of a quantitative study are presented that through the analysis of data collected between 2007 and 2017 that made possible the construction of a multiple linear regression model to estimate the demand of electric energy. These types of instruments currently originate as alternatives to promote management strategies in the energy field in the country. The final results allow to visualize an estimated figure for the next periods which will serve to contrast with the official results and to generate from this information possible lines of intervention in different organisms.
Energy production is constantly facing major challenges today, because despite initiatives to promote the insertion of renewable energy, electricity consumption has shown considerable growth in recent years. In order to use an instrument that facilitates forecasts and predictive processes for the design of strategic plans associated with energy management, the application of the Holt Method is proposed using data on electricity demand in Colombia, GDP per capita and industrial value added, making an analysis of the last 10 years, based on figures from the World Bank. The final results predict that energy consumption for the period 2018-2020 will be between 66,231 GWk and 66,885 GWk.
