Objetivo: Caracterizar y hacer inventario de los tipos de cultivo y suelos, prácticas relacionadas con el riego, estrategias de recolección y comercialización de productos con el fin de determinar los impactos ambientales de los cultivos bajo invernadero del municipio de Tenjo, Cundinamarca, Colombia. Materiales y métodos: Se hizo un estudio transversal que utilizó la metodología de Caracterización e inventario con técnicas de matrices, lista de chequeo y entrevista. Resultados: Los principales resultados permitieron establecer que existen alrededor de 60 cultivos bajo invernadero de flores, hortalizas y plantas aromáticas en el municipio. Se registraron unas 361,62 hectáreas cultivadas en invernadero, que representan el 3 % de los suelos del municipio. Discusión y conclusiones: Se encontró un bajo nivel de asociatividad entre agricultores lo cual limita las posibilidades de aperturas a nuevas formas de mercados como las tiendas campesinas, además, se necesita una mayor contribución al consumo local como herramienta para garantizar la sostenibilidad del municipio. Se recomienda el uso y conservación del suelo con técnicas sostenibles y con mayor tecnología en la infraestructura del invernadero, ya que se identificó que el consumo de agua es el impacto ambiental más significativo en este tipo de cultivos.
Innovación educativa en contexto: Una mirada a la práctica docente desde la academia Tomo I y II, permite recoger la experiencia de Maestros que a través de la investigación identifican y dan solución a las preocupaciones educativas de su contexto y con ello aportan a la calidad educativa. En el desarrollo de estas investigaciones se vislumbra el compromiso de los docentes investigadores en la búsqueda de alternativas de solución a través de las instituciones educativas de diferentes ciudades y municipios del departamento de Magdalena a partir de la reflexión sobre la práctica docente. Se vislumbra la experiencia cualificadora que desde la Maestría en Educación de la Universidad Simón Bolívar propende por la formación de docentes investigadores procurando la transformación de la calidad educativa de la región y el país, a partir de la reflexión de la propia práctica docente y mirando fortalezas y oportunidades de mejora para reinventar su quehacer a través de la innovación desde las diferentes áreas del conocimiento.
El presente artículo tiene como objetivo analizar las tareas del profesorado de enseñanza unidocente (PEU) y determinar sus necesidades formativas en los ámbitos pedagógico y administrativo. La investigación se llevó a cabo durante el primer semestre del año 2021 en el circuito escolar 07 de la Dirección Regional de Educación de Pérez Zeledón (DREPZ), Costa Rica. La muestra la constituyen siete personas, que incluye seis unidocentes y su jefatura. El enfoque utilizado fue cualitativo, por medio de un diseño de estudio de caso. Para la recolección de la información, se realizó un análisis de contenido documental inicialmente, después se desarrolló un grupo focal con las personas participantes y finalmente se aplicaron dos entrevistas a profundidad. Los resultados indican que existen carencias formativas en el ámbito pedagógico, especialmente en relación con métodos constructivistas, contextualización curricular, atención a la diversidad, competencias y habilidades actuales, manejo de las TIC y evaluación auténtica. En el ámbito administrativo, se encontraron necesidades formativas en temas como el Modelo de Evaluación de Calidad de la Educación, manejo financiero y administrativo, presupuestos, actas, licitaciones, planillas, solicitudes de infraestructura, archivos de gestión digital y físico, y planes en general. Además, el estudio identifica la falta de formación integral universitaria y la necesidad de procesos de actualización y autocapacitación en ejercicio para el PEU. En conclusión, el estudio muestra la importancia de una formación más robusta e integrada para el PEU, así como un acompañamiento adecuado durante el ejercicio docente para garantizar un servicio educativo de calidad.
