ResumenObjetivo: Analizar la influencia que tienen el entorno físico y los aspectos sociales de los espacios públicos en la activación física y el bienestar de los ciudadanos, con el fin de identificar oportunidades para diseñar estrategias de mercadotecnia social que fomenten la salud y el bienestar entre los ciudadanos. Materiales y métodos:Se realizó un estudio mixto en dos etapas: observación y análisis de los atributos físicos de la Ruta Recreativa de Saltillo, Coahuila en base al modelo de Servipanoramas; aplicación de encuestas en línea a 168 adultos utilizando las escalas de bienestar percibido y de valoración de las Ciclovías.Resultados: Los hallazgos sugieren que la existencia de espacios públicos apropiados para ejercitarse y convivir con otros resulta atractiva para los participantes en el estudio, quienes señalan que la Ruta Recreativa estudiada ofrece el entorno adecuado para alcanzar sus metas de salud y relacionarse con personas con intereses similares. Conclusiones: Existe un interés de los visitantes a la Ruta Recreativa de Saltillo, Coahuila por alcanzar mejores niveles de salud y bienestar, lo cual puede ser aprovechado por empresas y organismos públicos para diseñar e implementar estrategias e intervenciones de mercadotecnia social orientadas a la promoción de la salud y el cambio de hábitos, utilizando los espacios abiertos que la Ruta Recreativa ofrece y llegar así a un mayor número de ciudadanos.Palabras clave: Actividad física recreativa; Bienestar; Mercadotecnia Social; Servipanoramas; Tercer Espacio. Purpose: Define the intention to use mobile payment platforms as a result of the confidence, ease of use and the age of users that have been previously identified as important determinants. Methodology: Exploratory study conducted at the beginning of the confinement to evaluate perception of consumers about the CoDi payment platform launched by the Central Bank of Mexico. Results: Results, based on Chi-square, one-factor ANOVA and Linear regression analysis, show that both trust in the platform's operations and perceived unease of use are important attributes that influence the intention to use CoDi in Mexico. Generation X is the most reticent age group. Implications: During COVID-19 lockdown, e-commerce soared along with mobile electronic payment systems. Originality: It highlights the determinants of mobile electronic payment during a special period of consumption.

El presente trabajo de investigación busca evaluar la vigencia de los preceptos de la teoría humanista en las empresas o si, por el contrario, esta teoría perdió terreno ante los esfuerzos de las compañías por disminuir sus costos y maximizar las utilidades, siguiendo las enseñanzas que dejó la administración científica en relación con la simplificación de tareas y la automatización de procesos. El artículo es una revisión de literatura de autores recientes y algunos textos originales clásicos manteniendo la siguiente estructura. Primero se realiza una breve descripción de la naturaleza de las organizaciones y del vínculo formado con la administración científica. En una segunda parte se analiza el surgimiento del humanismo y de las teorías de la motivación de los individuos en las organizaciones. En la tercera parte se describen los puntos de coincidencia entre el humanismo y la administración científica que nos permiten considerar que no son modelos tan opuestos al menos en lo que respecto a lo establecido por el humanismo clásico. Posteriormente se hacen algunos cuestionamientos al modelo humanista para terminar con un análisis que a manera de conclusión nos permite asegurar que el humanismo se ha desvanecido dentro de las organizaciones. Desde el punto de vista de teorías sustentables, el humanismo no es recomendable si se parte de la premisa de que las necesidades del ser humano son ilimitadas, pues irían en perjuicio del medio ambiente. Para las nuevas teorías, el ser humano no puede estar por encima de los recursos naturales, pues constituyen una especie de suicidio. Se deben acotar los derechos de los individuos para respetar los derechos del lugar en que vivimos.
