Resumo As especificidades das mulheres africanas e de sua inserção e envolvimento com a política despertam a seguinte questão: quais os potenciais pontos de encontro entre os feminismos africanos e as teorias políticas feministas? Argumentamos, neste artigo, que uma teoria política feminista africana deve dialogar de forma crítica com suas congêneres no Ocidente, bem como incorporar as experiências autóctones. Apontamos categorias analíticas das teorias políticas feministas e abordagens epistemológicas centradas no ponto de vista como caminhos para estabelecer canais de diálogo entre os feminismos africanos e a teoria política. Propomos como potenciais pontos de encontro a posicionalidade da mulher africana dentro das suas variadas interseccionalidades e a justiça de gênero como articulação teórica e normativa de suas demandas particulares.
O presente busca avançar na definição de Racismo Institucional, não desprendendo- o das raízes do mito da democracia racial, pois sua ideologia representa condições reais de existência. Para auxiliar nesta questão, as contribuições teóricas marxistas de Louis Althusser (1983) nos proporcionam um rico esboço, pois a partir das suas conceituações e os seus desdobramentos, refletimos sobre a dinâmica do Racismo Institucional no cotidiano da população negra. Althusser expõe conceitos importantes e que são pouco analisados em estudos sobre as relações raciais no Brasil, como Ideologia e Aparelhos Ideológicos de Estado, trazendo uma perspectiva acerca das Instituições Sociais na reprodução capitalista que merece uma especial atenção na discussão sobre a Igualdade Racial.
O conceito de Renascimento Africano é visto como uma concepção que define a inserção africana na política internacional no século XXI. Consideramos que o Renascimento Africano, exposto por alguns analistas como conceito indissociável do crescimento econômico, mostra-se insuficiente para a compreensão dos velhos desafios, como a integração e o desenvolvimento.
A discussão sobre o genocídio da população negra tem sido intensificada a partir da luta antirracista dos movimentos negros no Brasil, que buscam apontar a desigualdade e a violência que os atingem na sociedade. Nessa perspectiva, os discursos sobre o genocídio da população negra aparecem sob a forma de protesto político e a militância antirracista tem buscado evidenciar o fenômeno de violência e exclusão que definem as condições desse segmento na História Brasileira. É a partir da ideia do Mito da democracia racial e de um colonialismo ainda não rompido que a interpretação das estatísticas de mortes das vidas negras e dos índices de acessos à saúde, educação, moradia, entre outros, revelam a condição do ser negro. A nossa pesquisa busca compreender a construção dos discursos sobre o genocídio da população negra no cenário de Recife-PE. A partir dos discursos, identificamos os posicionamentos dos sujeitos sociais através do aporte teórico pós-colonial e da análise crítica do discurso na perspectiva de Teun Van Dijk, analisando os mecanismos mais ou menos sutis pelos quais o sistema de dominação racial é reproduzido. Por meio de entrevistas, foi possível perceber os elementos que compõem e constroem os discursos sobre o genocídio da população negra pautados numa desmistificação da igualdade racial. Aponta-se que os discursos analisados estabelecem duas principais matrizes sociais discursivas: as raízes do Colonialismo português e o Mito da Democracia Racial que se apresentam sob uma rede de significados, denunciando que não rompemos com esses fundamentos e que a democracia racial já tensionada se encontra em crise a partir dos discursos evidenciados no cenário político.
