La acumulación de conocimientos y habilidades encaminan a la inserción laboral mediante una formación actualizada y especializada. El estudio se centró en establecer la diferencia existente de la formación profesional y su competencia laboral del egresado de las escuelas profesionales de derecho en la región Andina. Bajo el enfoque cuantitativo, diseño descriptivo comparativo; con una muestra de 210 egresados seleccionados de manera intencional; se aplicó el cuestionario como instrumento para la formación profesional y el test psicométrico para la competencia laboral. Como resultados se tuvo a la Universidad Nacional del Altiplano (UNA) con una adecuada formación profesional seguida de la Universidad Andina Néstor Cáceres Velásquez (UANCV), en comparación a la universidad San Carlos (USC), y finalmente la Universidad Alas Peruanas (UAP). Se infiere que la formación profesional impartida en las escuelas profesionales de derecho en las universidades de la región Andina tiene diferencias significativas (NS=0.000), conllevando a competencias laborales indistintas.
El estudio permitió determinar la eficiencia del método ideovisual para mejorar el aprendizaje de la ortografía en estudiantes de educación primaria de la Institución Educativa Pública María Auxiliadora y la Institución Educativa Privada Santa Catalina de la ciudad de Juliaca, 2020. Se aplicó el método analítico sintético, de tipo aplicativo, y un diseño experimental de corte longitudinal y prospectivo; con una muestra de 90 estudiantes para el grupo experimental y para el grupo control, se aplicó la prueba escrita como instrumento. Los resultados indican que el 44.4% de estudiantes obtuvieron notas de 07 a 10 puntos disminuyendo a un 4.4%, el 2.2% de estudiantes tenían notas de 17 a 20 puntos incrementado a un 26.7%, después de la aplicación del método ideovisual al grupo experimental. Concluyendo que el método ideovisual mejora de manera significativa el aprendizaje ortográfico elevando notablemente sus calificaciones de los estudiantes en el año escolar 2020.
El COVID-19 ha afectado de distintas maneras en función a cada persona, trayendo tristeza, angustia, preocupación. Este estudio busco valorar el nivel de ansiedad por riesgo de contagio de COVID-19 en pacientes que acuden a los hospitales de la región andina en el año 2020. Bajo el enfoque cuantitativo y diseño descriptivo, de corte transversal y prospectivo, se aplicó el cuestionario STAI para los niveles de ansiedad rasgo-estado a una muestra de 244 pacientes identificados de manera intencional. Entre los resultados se encontraron el 45.1% tienen niveles de ansiedad alto, el 41.4% niveles de ansiedad media, mientras que el 13.5% tienen niveles de ansiedad baja. Llegando a concluir que casi la mitad de pacientes que acudieron a un hospital de la región andina tienen niveles altos de ansiedad por riesgo de contagio de COVID-19 en el año 2022.
El presente estudio ha contribuido en determinar las consecuencias de la publicación de encuestas electorales frente a la intención de voto en la región andina. Este estudio de tipo aplicativo, diseño explicativo, de corte transversal, y retrospectivo. Los datos se obtuvieron procesando los resultados del cuestionario intrapersonal de una muestra de 350 electores. Respecto a las encuestas, los electores han indicado que el 65.1% publican por la Web o internet, el 28.0% publican por medios televisivos locales, el 14.6% publican por medios radiales locales, y el 6.9% publican por medios escritos locales. Conclusión: Se comprobó que existe consecuencias de la publicación de encuestas electorales en los medios de comunicación frente a la intención de voto (P=0.001) donde el 46.8% apoya al ganador de las encuestas, el 27.7% apoya al que sube en las encuestas, y el 7.1% apoya al perdedor en las encuestas en la región andina.
