Page 10, lines 20-23: "The results of representative rheometric measurements of pectin-BG hydrogel composites are shown in Figure 1B. The storage modulus (G`) reached a plateau value after 5 minutes, indicating that gelation process did not depend on pectin type (AA, CA) and BG particle size (2.5 m, <45 m). All of the composite hydrogels exhibited similar storage modulus values, suggesting comparable stiffness." The descriptions are not consistent with the data in Figure 1B. The discussion is thus not proper, so as that on Page 19, line 9.
