En este ensayo se analizan problemas de nuestra sociedad que se inician desde la República y hunden sus raíces en la colonialidad. El centralismo de Lima Metropolitana es la expresión clásica en la medida que concentra en alto porcentaje los centros de finanzas y comercialización, salud, educación y obstaculiza el desarrollo del interior del país. Esto genera la migración a Lima y posteriormente a las ciudades medias. De allí la necesidad urgente de la regionalización transversal.
Mi escrito propone un acercamiento a la Antropología Euroamericana y una especificación de la temática de nuestro universo sociocultural. Asimismo, una conceptualización de la investigación etnográfica.
En este trabajo se analizan algunos problemas estructurales de la sociedad peruana contemporánea como la regionalización, Comunidades Campesinas y Desarrollo y el proceso de constitución transversal de las regiones.
Este ensayo trata acerca del proceso de migración de las comunidades campesinas de Canta, principalmente a Lima Metropolitana. Me interesa explorar los factores económicos, sociales y educativos que impulsan esta dinámica. Destaco dos fenómenos sociales que marcan la estructura de esta área: primero, una intensa privatización y concentración de los medios de producción; segundo, una significativa diferenciación campesina. El neoliberalismo avala este contexto sociocultural desigual. En la ciudad, los migrantes reconstruyen su cultura original como respuesta a su identidad cultural originaria y a su nueva condición en el espacio urbano. Procesos que se producen a nivel nacional, con distintas particularidades.
En el texto reflexiono sobre algunos problemas estructurales de la sociedad peruana contemporánea, específicamente sobre la descentralización económica, política y administrativa y el proceso de constitución de las regiones y donde las poblaciones deben participar democráticamente. Así la identidad regional será real.
