Introduction: Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) is a chronic condition resulting from the inappropriate mucosa's immune activation, the two main phenotypes that comprise it are Ulcerative Retocolitis (UC) and Crohn's Disease (CD). When alpha anti-TNF immunobiologicals stepped into the field of treatment for Crohn's disease, the perspective of how to improve these patients and how it would affect theirs life quality was generally redirected. Objective: To evaluate the improvement in the life quality of patients with Crohn's disease after the application of alpha anti-TNF medications. Methodology: To the elaboration of this work it will be applied the study of Melo, Barbosa, Sousa (2011), which supported the development of this integrative literature review. It refers to a specific review method that allows the inclusion of several research designs, covering the theoretical and empirical literature, consisting of six steps: identification of the problem or questioning, settling of inclusion / exclusion of standards of articles (sample selection), definition of the informations to be extracted from the selected articles, analysis of the information, interpretation of the results and presentation of the review. In order to guide the integrative forecast, the following question was developed: How did the life quality improve in the patients? The inclusion of standards that will be used are: articles published in the last five years (2015 to 2020); in Portuguese and / or English and / or Spanish; articles available in their full text. The exclusion of standards to be used are: articles prior to 2015; articles in languages other than the one described in the inclusion of standards, articles that don't have Crohn's disease and life quality associated with alpha anti-TNF agents as their main subject and articles that don't correspond to the guiding question. The search for articles will be carried out in databases, VHL Brazil, PUBMED and LILACS through the following descriptors in health sciences: Crohn's disease and Life Quality. Discussion: The results found in most of the reviewed studies are relevant, drawing attention to what can be inferred about alpha anti-TNF drugs and its results in the life quality of patients with CD making it evident that there is an improvement measured through indexes validated worldwide. Conclusion: Therefore, the results expected in this research corroborate with the expected, anti-TNF agents in fact improves the life quality of patients with Crohn's disease.
