El objetivo del estudio es analizar el GAMING desde la perspectiva de un conjunto sistemático de técnicas de desarrollo de aplicaciones y accesorios tecnológicos orientados hacia los videojuegos, como una estrategia para la rehabilitación de personas con discapacidad, haciendo las reflexiones necesarias acerca de la esencia de lo que esta nueva generación de productos tecnológicos permite lograr en estos escenarios. Metodológicamente está orientada bajo el paradigma cualitativo de carácter documental, transaccional, con un diseño no experimental. En este orden de ideas, se desnuda la discapacidad desde la figura de la gamificación y hasta qué punto esta tecnología permite mejorar significativamente o incluso superar diversas discapacidades siendo vista desde diferentes entornos virtuales, los cuales, establecen criterios robustos y probados científicamente para establecer mejorías en cuanto a la rehabilitación se refiere. En el contenido se analizó a detalle los siguientes puntos: 1) GAMING, una filosofía estratégica para casos complejos, 2) Rehabilitación y GAMING, 3) Entornos de Desarrollo para el GAMING en personas con discapacidad. La sistematización de los ciclos de rehabilitación haciendo uso de los ambientes gamificados, se han convertido en poderosas herramientas para optimizar estas áreas importantes de la salud, logrando favorecer considerablemente a todo paciente con discapacidad reducida, en contraste, con aquellos pacientes que carecen de ella. Como conclusión, se obtuvo que una ventaja considerable de estos ambientes virtuales gamificados es que pueden recrear diversos escenarios de acuerdo al paciente, estableciendo de esta forma, pautas importantes de las cuales carece el método tradicional. En la actualidad, existen una nutrida gama de entornos para el desarrollo de ambientes gamificados, así como también, herramientas que permiten crear entornos en 3D, realidad virtual o realidad aumentada lo que aumenta la estimulación de los sentidos y refuerza las estrategias para lograr una rehabilitación temprana.
La presente investigación tiene como propósito evaluar la usabilidad y experiencia de usuario de una interfaz 3D móvil desarrollada para funcionar con accesorio HMD dirigida a usuarios con movilidad reducida en la zona cervical, específicamente, para terapias de Flexo-Extensión del cuello, Rotación lateral del cuello y Giro (Rotación) de la cabeza, a los fines, de exhibir las funcionalidades de una aplicación desplegada para ofrecer mayor motivación, inclusión y posibilidades de inserción laboral, como también, servir de estrategia de transformación digital, dentro de los espacios de la cultura tecnológica o para consolidar nuevos ciudadanos corporativos socialmente responsables. La investigación se determinó en la tradición epistémica racionalista, haciéndose ostensible a través de un estudio dentro del paradigma cualitativo, el tipo de investigación corresponde a un estudio de caso con un diseño no experimental, transeccional descriptivo y de campo. Para lograr los objetivos propuestos, en el contenido se analizó a detalle los siguientes puntos: 1) Usabilidad en los espacios de software, 2) Interfaces 3D como catalizador motivacional y 3) Movilidad Reducida desde la discapacidad. La revisión literaria concerniente a la usabilidad de sistemas de software permitió definir como instrumento de recolección de datos la prueba Escala de usabilidad del sistema (SUS) de (Brooke, 1996) que admitió mesurar a través de un único valor numérico comprendido entre 1 y 100 la usabilidad y experiencia de usuario de la Interfaz 3D móvil con accesorio HMD en una muestra de tres expertos en software/Interacción HumanoComputador (HCI) y dos pacientes con movilidad reducida en la zona cervical, mostrando una puntuación de noventa punto cinco (90.5), lo cual permite concluir a la investigación el óptimo despliegue de la interfaz 3D y sus capacidades para aumentar el grado de motivación, inclusión y posibilidades de inserción laboral aportando una mejora significativa del paciente.
El objetivo de la investigación circundó en el desarrollo de una interfaz 3D móvil con HMD que pretende ser de gran utilidad para personas con discapacidad motora en orden de buscar su inclusión social, laboral y estimular su motivación, a través del uso de esta innovadora tecnología. De acuerdo con el estudio, la investigación es de tipo aplicada, correlacional y transversal y su diseño no experimental. Atendiendo a estas consideraciones, se describieron los constructos teóricos referente a la interfaz gráfica, la discapacidad motora y la metodología SUM para diseño ágil de proyectos de software. Para lograr lo primeramente expuesto, en el contenido se analizó a detalle los siguientes puntos: 1) Interfaz Gráfica, 2) Gafas de realidad virtual, 3) Discapacidad Motora, 4) SUM, una metodología ágil para proyectos de gamificación y finalmente el Desarrollo de la interfaz 3D móvil. El propósito de la investigación fue desarrollar una interfaz 3D móvil con HMD en función de los beneficios que esta técnica no convencional podría representar en el proceso de rehabilitación de personas con discapacidad motora haciendo uso de la metodología SUM. Los resultados obtenidos cumplen con el objetivo propuesto previamente, permitiendo desarrollar una interfaz 3D móvil con HMD para personas con discapacidad motora haciendo uso de la metodología SUM. Con estos resultados se logró determinar que este tipo de fisioterapias a través de nuevos paradigmas de cultura tecnológica y transformación digital en los entornos de discapacidad podrían ser efectivas y servir como herramienta en apoyo al marco jurídico de Colombia, así como también, servir de estrategia para que el sector empresarial maximice sus esfuerzos y compromisos como ciudadanos corporativos socialmente responsables, y para asegurar los derechos de personas con discapacidad, contribuyendo en gran medida a su inclusión social, laboral y el aumento de la motivación en pacientes con esta deficiencia.
El objetivo de la investigación fue estudiar la realidad virtual a partir de los supuestos de una plataforma donde convergen diferentes elementos multimedia que permiten recrear entornos inmersivos y sensoriales para la creación de ambientes más dinámicos que permitan establecer parámetros optimizados para la rehabilitación de personas con discapacidad, en consecuencia, fijando las abstracciones necesarias en torno a las bondades de esta tecnología sobre el escenario de la fisioterapia rehabilitadora. El estudio se fijó en la costumbre epistemológica racionalista, el tipo de investigación por su parte fue documental, transaccional con un diseño no experimental. Para lograr los objetivos propuestos, en el contenido se analizó a detalle los siguientes puntos: 1) Realidad Virtual y su papel en la rehabilitación de personas con discapacidad, 2) Tipos de Realidad Virtual y las necesidades en personas con discapacidad y 3) Tecnología y medicina, Realidad Virtual y Rehabilitación. La revisión literaria concerniente a los avances en realidad virtual hace ver la importancia de estos ambientes en los espacios de la rehabilitación de discapacidades motoras, esto en virtud, del aumento del estímulo sensorial que estos espacios interactivos ofrecen al tiempo de proveer mayores índices de motivación al estar frente a estos espacios controlados. En ese sentido, existen numerosas investigaciones que develan las ventajas del uso de esta tecnología para la optimización de los procesos de fisioterapia incluso desde el hogar, sin embargo y en contraste, otro número importante de investigación supone mayores esfuerzos en delimitar qué tipo de tratamientos de rehabilitación resultan favorecidos con aplicaciones o sistemas desarrollados en Realidad Virtual. Un punto importante para destacar de estos entornos es la utilización de accesorios que proveen mayor interacción del usuario con los sistemas, lo que genera mayor estímulo sensorial que el uso simple de tecnología inmersiva.
