El propósito de la investigación consistió en analizar las normas legales y constitucionales, además los instrumentos internacionales. Este artículo realiza una observación directa a los delitos de lesa humanidad desde una perspectiva diferente; es tomar en cuenta los conflictos sociales como jurídicos que generan debates sobre la aplicación de la ley en torno a este tipo de crímenes que afectan a la integridad de las personas. Los resultados evidenciaron la necesidad de dar solución a la problemática sobre los crímenes de lesa humanidad a nivel internacional y aquellos ocurridos en Ecuador, que trascendieron las normativas. Se concluyó que el derecho penal internacional ha reconocido tres tipos de crímenes: el genocidio, los crímenes de guerra y de lesa humanidad.
Se destaca una nueva teoría epistemológica fundamentada con base al constructo del Derecho ambiental que tuvo como objetivo principal promover la transformación de energías renovables de biocombustibles para reducir la contaminación ambiental de la materia prima caña de azúcar en la zona local de Imbabura. El proceso metodológico se insertó en el paradigma cualicuantitativo y se correspondió con el trabajo de campo etnográfico. Se aplicó el método inductivo. Como técnica de investigación, se emplearon la observación participante y encuestas dirigidas a adultos mayores. La hipótesis alternativa quedó circunscrita al haber despejado ¿cuál es el camino efectivo para la preservación ambiental y la reducción del consumo de energías no renovables?
El tema a investigar se enfoca en los estudiantes ingresados a la carrera de derecho de la Universidad Regional Autónoma de los Andes en octubre del 2018 y tiene como objetivo explorar la influencia del gasto de los estudiantes reprobados en las pruebas del SENESCYT sobre el número de estudiantes de la carrera de derecho de esta universidad. Este trabajo de investigación se puede clasificar como exploratorio, empírico y deductivo; y teniendo en cuenta el criterio de clasificación y la cantidad de variables se considera como multivariado.
