El derecho a la felicidad es un elemento clave en el desarrollo y bienestar integral de la persona llegando a ser reconocido internacionalmente como un derecho humano de tercera generación y fundamental subjetivo que contribuye en el fortalecimiento y garantía de otros derechos humanos aunado a principios como la justicia y libertad. A partir de ello se planteó como objetivo realizar una aproximación a los niveles de felicidad en población colombiana y mexicana por medio de un estudio exploratorio aplicando un cuestionario ad hoc donde participaron 102 (68%) colombianos y 48 (32%) mexicanos (n=150).
La educación virtual, el aislamiento y distanciamiento social han evidenciado las carencias y oportunidades de mejora en profesores y estudiantes. El objetivo de este estudio es describir la relación entre las estrategias de afrontamiento y el estrés que se produce durante las clases virtuales debido a la contingencia sanitaria por Covid-19 en estudiantes universitarios. Es una investigación cuantitativa, transversal, descriptiva y exploratoria. La muestra fue de 1,118 estudiantes; 66% fueron mujeres y 34% hombres, la edad media fue de 20.9 y DE de 3.24. El estado civil: 95% fueron solteros, 2.8% casados, 2% unión libre o concubinato y 0.3% divorciados. Resultados: 67.9% de los estudiantes reportaron niveles de estrés de medios a altos. Las mujeres presentaron mayores niveles de estrés, asimismo, reportaron mayores estrategias de respuesta que los hombres. Las estrategias utilizadas por las mujeres fueron la planeación y gestión de recursos personales y la búsqueda de apoyo; por su parte, los hombres utilizaron la reevaluación positiva, la planeación y gestión de recursos personales. Conclusión: las instituciones deberían implementar programas de afrontamiento del estrés y el desarrollo de habilidades para la vida de manera continua. La flexibilidad, empatía y la educación centrada en el estudiante pueden ser estrategias para afrontar el estrés en los estudiantes.
The results of experiences of the link in order to motivate entrepreneurship between students of two different careers are reported. Food science develops, characterizes and validates a food and marketing makes its business plan. And the Master of Law supports the working relationship with confidentiality letters, advice for product protection and collaboration contract, in case both students decide to continue together in incubation towards a company. The information used for this work was obtained from the anecdotal experiences documented during the work with the students during the 2019B, 2020A and 2020B school cycles. Students' comments were retrieved from the comments they left on their teacher evaluations at the end of the semester. The participating students valued the experience very much and learned new things that in their career they do not normally receive. Relating to other disciplines enriches and fosters new ideas, new relationships and the best results of any project. It lets them see how, their project, seen with different eyes can offer greater and better advantages. From the legal part, they live it, not only study it. And new forms of interaction-experience are proposed that add for their professional training
La vida diaria de mujeres privadas de la libertad en centros penitenciarios en México ha sido poco abordada en relación con las condiciones de bienes y servicios a su alcance en el tiempo que compurgan su pena, asimismo, prevalece una falta de adecuación de estos centros para atender las necesidades específicas del sexo femenino y garantizar sus derechos humanos. En este sentido, se analizó el derecho a la maternidad de estas mujeres desde sus experiencias recuperadas a partir de una revisión de literatura, análisis de instrumentos jurídicos y datos estadísticos.
