Successful ERCP can be performed using single-frame fluoroscopy only. Our results demonstrate lower radiation exposure using this technique than what is reported in the literature.
Traditionally, faculty development programs and fellowships have been shown to successfully address the developmental needs of individual faculty members. Despite positive results, there are very few programs targeted specifically toward career development for Latino and other minority faculty. The Hispanic Center of Excellence, as a Bureau of Health Professions grant, provides New Jersey Medical School a unique opportunity to focus its efforts at developing and implementing a program dedicated to the advancement of Latino faculty in medical schools nationwide.
