Palabras clave: Néstor Perlongher; Argentina; formación intelectual; posestructuralismo; Abstract: The Argentine writer Néstor Perlongher's work, developed throughout the years 1978-1992, has been frequently studied from its most notorious theoretical framework: the PostStructuralism. However, there have been few attempts to understand the intellectual and cultural motives that led the author to assume and put into practice an anthropological work closely linked to this particular approach. Thus, this article aims to construct an appropriate sociocultural and political panorama that explains this theoretical drift as a result of his period of academic and activist training in Argentina during the years 1968-1978.

ABSTRACTThis paper analyzes, from the social and economic crisis in Venezuela and the unbelief with the alternative political programs in the nineties, three remarkable books of poems in the literary production written by women: El arte de la pérdida (1991) by Verónica Jaffé, Olympia (1992) by Manón Kübler and Safari Club (1993) by Laura Cracco. Through the notions of alterity and engagement, these works take over new prototypes of responsibility in dialogue with the old national literature. From this perspective, besides an approximation to innovative kinds of reflections about the Other, these poetics have provided original and transgressive representations of borders, gender, sexuality, historical imagination and collective memory that raise new questions about literary history of Venezuela. Keywords: Venezuelan poetry, nineties, woman, alterity, engagement.Sumario: 1.
Border and wound: Lumpérica by Diamela Eltit ABSTRACTOne of the most interesting questions about the study of Lumpérica (1983) by Diamela Eltit, concerns the way in which the narrative space affects to the critical concept of (Latin American) space. The correspondence between the public square and a secret interrogation room systematizes in this work an evident confrontation with the discourses of domination and marginalization. From this perspective, I propose a reading of Lumpérica based on this text as a statement of the decolonization of power and knowledge, in a debate about Eurocentric Modernity and its consequences. This approach will delve more conveniently in the context of Latin America in the last decades of the 20 th century.
