RESUMENEl presente artículo está orientado a analizar la reforma educativa en el Ecuador a partir de la nueva institucionalidad del país, la que se constituye en el gobierno del Econ. Rafael Correa Delgado con el nuevo modelo educativo que se inició en enero de 2010, a partir de la reestructuración total del Ministerio de Educación, cuyo objetivo fue asegurar el camino a la educación inicial en el Ecuador con calidad y calidez, fortaleciendo la autoridad educativa, articulada con un sistema desconcentrador, que propicia un acercamiento con los ciudadanos y un acceso a la educación gratuita en todos los niveles: primaria, secundaria y superior, con algunos condicionantes necesarios. Se redacta una introducción a partir de la reforma educativa sucedida en el año 1983, la que origina cuatro años después, la "Ley Orgánica de Educación" o Ley 127, publicada en el Registro Oficial 484 del 3 de mayo de 1983. Este análisis contribuye también a demostrar los resultados concretos o el progreso social y educativo que ha generado la reforma educativa dentro del contexto interior y exterior, tomando como base la perspectiva del antes y después, y cómo mediante, su aplicación se ha logrado fortalecer los procesos de mejoramiento de la calidad, relevancia, equidad y eficiencia de la educación en el Ecuador.Palabras clave: Reforma educativa; educación inicial; intercultural; institucionalidad; calidad educativa.
Las empresas familiares del sector bananero están siendo afectadas por varios tipos de fraudes que ponen en riesgo su productividad, estabilidad y crecimiento económico. Esta investigación se centra en determinar la importancia de la auditoría forense como una herramienta de control para prevenir fraudes. Mediante el uso de encuestas a través de plataformas digitales se logró evidenciar resultados para su posterior tabulación según lo encuestado a 350 empresas productoras de banano. Los resultados nos indican que las empresas familiares del sector bananero de la provincia de El Oro-Ecuador tienen mayor riesgo de verse involucradas en cualquier tipo de fraude financiero por no tener programas antifraudes lo cual las hace vulnerables a cualquier situación fraudulenta ocasionando perjuicios económicos; siendo así que la malversación de fondos es el que mayor relevancia ha obtenido dado que en muchas ocasiones el legado dejado por el patriarca ha sido empañado por el abuso de confianza por parte de quienes poseen acciones este puede ser un miembro de la familia o parte del grupo accionario, como también se ha dado el caso donde los involucrados en el fraude no forman parte de las acciones por que fueron asignados para supervisar sin imaginar que cometerían delitos financieros.
RESUMENel presente artículo esta dado a sustentar las políticas económicas y el impacto ambiental que causan los desechos sólidos que se produce en la Provincia de el Oro del ecuador; se expresó como problemática principal: Qué políticas económicas han incidido en el impacto ambiental de los desechos sólidos de la Provincia de el Oro del ecuador, período 2010 -2013. la investigación fue mixta: "Aplicada" en la primera parte, luego "explicativa", "longitudinal" y finalmente "cuantitativa" y "correlacionada", de acuerdo a la finalidad de la misma. Los resultados hallados fueron: de los datos estadísticos aportado por los Gobiernos Autónomos Descentralizados (gAD) municipales de los cantones de la provincia de el Oro, presentados en forma global, los gastos ejecutados fueron mayores a los ingresos obtenidos por la tasa de recolección de basura, lo que generó un subsidio del presupuesto general del estado por 10 031 893,38 USD, es decir, se mantuvo un déficit presupuestario en el manejo de los desechos sólidos en un promedio del 41%, conforme lo demuestra la gráfica No. 5. En conclusión, se sustenta que es admisible bajar el riesgo del impacto ambiental negativo de la provincia, y que su impacto se convierta en positivo para el buen vivir.
