Há menos de duas décadas, a América Latina experimentava um intenso momento de lutas, ilustrando transformações no cenário político regional. A “onda rosa” latino-americana manifesta-se fundamentalmente com o triunfo eleitoral de Chávez na Venezuela em 1998, o fracasso da ALCA, a crise capitalista mundial em 2008 e as lutas por nacionalizações na Bolívia e Equador, seguidas pela ascensão presidencial de Evo Morales e Rafael Correa, respectivamente, que sinalizavam relevantes mudanças na geopolítica latino-americana. São governos que articularam institucionalidade e pautas nacional-populares num projeto de caráter heterogêneo e continental, que reascenderam na dimensão política uma tentativa de ruptura com as estruturas de poder e cultura antidemocrática que minavam a credibilidade das instituições políticas locais, trazendo a substituição das constituições em vigor e renovação dos quadros políticos dirigentes. Este estudo foca no caso boliviano, que vivencia o agravamento das críticas em relação às medidas econômicas baseadas na exportação de commodities, considerando o giro à direita na superestrutura política do subcontinente. Problematizaremos sobre as possibilidades de continuidade do novo bloco no poder inaugurado com o Estado Plurinacional da Bolívia.
Resumen: Este artículo tiene como principal objetivo analizar de forma crítica, desde una perspectiva marxista, el movimiento decolonial en América Latina. Se trata de un proyecto teórico-político de intelectuales latinoamericanos que surge en la contemporaneidad con el argumento de resistencia al occidental-centrismo y la consecuente renovación crítica de las Ciencias Sociales en el subcontinente. Investigamos cómo dos teorías que son claves para pensar la constitución de nuestro objeto, el movimiento decolonial, se expanden en el mundo académico: la teoría poscolonial y el estudio del sujeto subalterno; así como la forma con la que esas teorías son recibidas en el subcontinente, y han ganando fuerza a partir de la década de 1990, la cual fue marcada por el lanzamiento de la obra Colonialidad y modernidad-racionalidad, de 1992, del peruano Aníbal Quijano (1928-2018. Problematizamos las aproximaciones de los autores decoloniales sobre la concepción de la política marxista de los subalternos a partir de la recuperación de parte del conjunto de la obra político historiográfica de Antonio Gramsci (1891-1937) y J. C. Mariátegui (1894Mariátegui ( -1930 como eje teórico-metodológico, y teniendo en cuenta que esos autores realizan interpretaciones sobre la cuestión nacional y el desarrollo desigual a partir de las contribuciones de la metodología dialéctica. Asimismo argumentamos que Gramsci y Mariátegui, al estimular una profunda asociación entre el saber intelectual y la voluntad popular, indican elementos que en la actualidad pueden ser presentados por una izquierda decolonial.

It is a theoretical-political project of Latin American intellectuals that arises simultaneously with the argument of resistance to the Western-centrism and consequent critical renovation of the social sciences in the subcontinent. Resumo: A religiosidade popular na América Latina, relacionada com a emancipação do “povo de Deus”, contribuiu fundamentalmente com as lutas e movimentos sociais no subcontinente, por meio do Cristianismo e da Teologia Libertação, nas décadas de 1950 e 1960. Contudo, nos últimos trinta anos, a fé do “povo latino-americano” vem sendo mobilizada como forma de consolidar a hegemonia de uma fração burguesa que avança no cenário político mundial conservador, como podemos observar no caso brasileiro. O reconhecimento pelas Ciências Sociais das relações de poder que estruturam os discursos e espaços de saber religiosos, em nossa hipótese, pode abrir horizontes de compreensão e de rebeldia que propiciem subversões e a construção de discursos e práticas teológico-políticas descolonizadoras e emancipadoras, protagonizadas pelos grupos subalternos.
Propomos uma leitura crítica sobre a modernidade a partir da ótica benjaminiana, esclarecendo que a sua escolha por Charles Baudelaire foi motivada pelo fato de ser um dos artistas porta-vozes de interpretações sobre esta época, na qual artistas teorizavam poeticamente sobre o objeto de arte, suas condições de produção, suas técnicas e a busca do novo em meio à imprevisibilidade ressaltada com a modernidade. Como Baudelaire relaciona temas como o desenvolvimento do capitalismo e a subalternização das pessoas e o esfacelamento do mundo moderno pela via da arte, a partir de uma consciência melancólica que cruamente desnuda as relações sociais, destacando o tom de racionalidade trazido pelos autores e as visões do cotidiano marcado pela contraditoriedade da vida moderna encaradas de forma melancólica. Pois, a importância de Baudelaire para inaugurar a modernidade lírica crítica a um estilo de vida que aparta as pessoas umas das outras, do mundo, promovendo a fragmentação e a dispersão como premissas primeiras.
