ResumoIntrodução: apesar da tuberculose ser um dos maiores problemas de saúde pública do Brasil, há poucos estudos sobre o impacto na qualidade de vida de pacientes pós-tratamento. Objetivo: analisar a qualidade de vida de pacientes com critérios de cura de tuberculose pulmonar com distúrbio obstrutivo e comparar a aplicabilidade de dois questionários de qualidade de vida. Métodos: foi avaliada a qualidade de vida de 21 pacientes com critérios de cura de tuberculose pulmonar por meio dos questionários Respiratory Short Form (SF-36) e Airways Questionnaire (AQ-20). A avaliação espirométrica foi realizada com o espirometro Jaeger MasterScope (Höchberg, Germany). Para análise estatística utilizou-se o teste T pareado ou Wilcoxon e os testes de Pearson ou Spearman, de acordo com a distribuição dos dados. A distribuição dos dados foi analisada por meio do Teste Kolmogorov-Smirnov. Resultados: os pacientes apresentaram alterações da qualidade de vida nos dois questionários avaliados e houve correlação negativa significativa entre os resultados do AQ-20 e todos os domínios do
