RESUMO ABSTRACTO artigo discute alternativas para a construção de alternativas pedagógicas no tratamento de temas transversais no ensino-aprendizagem de filosofia em cursos de gestão dos negócios. Nas pesquisas em administração, inúmeros autores afirmam que a Administração de Empresas deveria ser mais bem entendida mais como uma prática do que como uma ciência, visto que, uma prática é sempre orientada para uma situação de diagnóstico, que se estabelece a partir do momento em que um problema é detectado e precisa ser resolvido. O problema central da pesquisa está em encontrar respostas para a questão: quais conteúdos filosóficos e metodologias podem se tornar adequados para o ensino/aprendizagem de filosofia nos cursos de administração? Por meio de pesquisa exploratória, de natureza qualitativa, análise pós-factum, o objetivo da pesquisa, inicialmente, buscou identificar a percepção dos alunos e professores do curso de administração pertencentes a uma universidade localizada no Grande ABC, para posteriormente, submeter os pesquisados ao ensino de filosofia com o emprego da Aprendizagem Baseada em Problemas (ABP) na perspectiva da visão empreendedora. Em nossa contemporaneidade as organizações modernas buscam preparar seus dirigentes para o relacionamento cotidiano com a imprensa. Na sociedade do infoentretenimento predomina o estilo de produção com respaldo na cultura dos eventos midiáticos que cada vez mais se transformam em grandes espetáculos. O presente trabalho buscou investigar os aspectos simbólicos decorrentes das transformações comunicacionais e a relevância da atuação do Media Training no cenário contemporâneo. Por meio de pesquisa exploratória, de natureza qualitativa, com o auxílio do método histórico-crítico, foram realizadas entrevistas com profissionais de Media Training e executivos submetidos ao treinamento, atuantes no Estado de São Paulo. Os resultados da pesquisa indicam os elementos da arte sofística como fatores essenciais na construção da imagem organizacional para alcance de vantagem competitiva. No mercado de bens simbólicos, os diferentes grupos de stakeholders constituem elementos representativos na comercialização de produtos e serviços religiosos, ambiente no qual, em termos mercadológicos, contemporaneamente, os megatemplos representam a praça por excelência desse empreendimento. Por intermédio de pesquisa exploratória, de natureza qualitativa, o objetivo da pesquisa está em analisar a importância do Templo de Salomão, megatemplo da Igreja Universal do Reino de Deus (IURD), inaugurado em 31 de julho de 2014, como empresa inserida no concorrencial de bens e serviços religiosos para o alcance de vantagem competitiva. Os resultados da pesquisa apontam que a criação de megatemplos pode ser concebida uma situação real de mercado competitivo capaz de influenciar as estruturas das organizações religiosas pela visibilidade política e midiática que proporciona. A contribuição da pesquisa está em discutir a pertinência da aplicabilidade da teoria dos stakeholders no mercado de bens simbólicos da religião por permitir estudar a criação dos megatemplos como estratégia de marketing a partir da perspectiva dos relacionamentos com outros atores situados no mesmo campo social e estabelecer relações entre a lógica capitalista e a doutrina religiosa.
Neste artigo, propomos uma reflexão teórica sobre o surgimento e disseminação da cultura narcisista e sua incorporação às práticas religiosas na contemporaneidade. Tendo como metodologia a pesquisa bibliográfica, observaremos como as narrativas mitológicas antigas que alertavam para a ameaça da hybris e tinham papel pedagógico na regulação da vida em sociedade deram lugar a narrativas que divinizam o EU e estimulam o egocentrismo na sociedade contemporânea midiatizada, regida pela performance e pelo espetáculo. Por fim, analisaremos como a ética protestante, outrora centrada na auto renúncia e no altruísmo, incorporou essa nova cultura mudando seu lugar de atuação para atender a essa demanda emergente de performance e de terapia, típicas da cultura narcisista.
RESUMO Este estudo objetiva, por meio da pesquisa bibliográfica e do relato etnográfico, discutir o conceito de fronteira no âmbito dos larps (live action role play) desenvolvidos por palestinos e executados em países como Brasil e Finlândia, além do próprio Estado da Palestina, seja por meio de registros escritos por outros participantes, seja por meio de reflexões a partir da participação. Ainda que seja um artigo do campo da Comunicação, buscamos um quadro teórico interdisciplinar, com particular destaque para Mircea Eliade (Ciência da Religião), Carl Jung, Jacob Moreno e Donald Winnicott (Psicologia), Johan Huizinga (Ludologia), no âmbito de melhor abraçar a complexidade do tema. Dentre os achados de nosso percurso, destacamos que o larp poderia ser visto como um entre-lugar transitório, um espaço de diálogo entre o eu e o outro, entre o imaginário e o concreto, entre o subjetivo e o objetivo. Por conta disso, evidencia-se um ambiente que favorece o surgimento de processos comunicacionais entre os participantes.
