tem como objetivo divulgar a produção científica e promover as atividades de pesquisa. Nesta segunda edição do ano de 2017 estão publicados artigos resultantes das pesquisas desenvolvidas por bolsistas de iniciação científica, apresentadas e premiadas no XXII Seminário de Iniciação Científica da UNISC, ocorrido em 2016. Os artigos dessa edição englobando as quatro áreas do conhecimento: Ciências Exatas, da Terra e Engenharias, Ciências Biológicas e da Saúde, Ciências Humanas e Ciências Sociais Aplicadas, abordam os seguintes temas: técnica de secagem de alimentos; extração de óleo de semente de tabaco; produção de biodiesel; biopesticida para controle de pragas; construção e compreensão de sentido em discursos, por crianças; vivência de crianças com autismo em um museu de ciências e tecnologias; práticas educativas no trabalho de profissionais de enfermagem; e, a importância das cidades médias no desenvolvimento de uma região. indexada no Redalyc, no período de 2012 a 2021 e, a partir disso, realizou-se um estudo descritivo retrospectivo através desse banco de dados. Os índices são apresentados por gráficos que compõem o ranking de cinco grupos, seguidos de cinco subgrupos. Diante disso, este trabalho teve como objetivo analisar o índice de internacionalização da Revista que se apresenta como G4 1 . O subgrupo 1 tem como referência, para essa base de dados, que o índice da Reci está próximo de elevar seu nível ao G3. A partir desta análise, então, será possível repensar nas estratégias de internacionalização da Revista.
Foi realizada a avaliação do perfil dos autores que publicaram trabalhos na Revista de Epidemiologia e Controle de Infecção, entre os anos de 2019 a 2021, através de um estudo descritivo transversal retrospectivo. Foram coletados dados como: sexo, instituição, estado e vínculo com Programas de Pós-Graduação (PPGs). Foram 12 números veiculados pela Revista no período verificado, somando-se um total de 148 artigos analisados e com um número total de 275 autores (69,8% mulheres). A região Sul apresentou 24,4% dos autores. Um total de 13,5% dos autores eram vinculados a PPGs. Observou-se maior percentual de mulheres autoras, descentralização das publicações entre as diferentes regiões do país e um baixo percentual de autores vinculados a PPGs.
