Resumo As violências auto provocadas são um grave problema de saúde pública com repercussões diversas na sociedade, possui causas variadas que vão desde fatores biológicos a socioculturais, que têm aumentado nos últimos anos. São definidas como qualquer comportamento intencional envolvendo agressão direta ao corpo, sem intenção consciente de suicídio, no entanto, podendo culminar neste desfecho negativo. Visto isso, esta produção tomou como objetivou analisar os casos de lesões auto provocadas no estado de Pernambuco no período de 2013 a 2017 e discutir sobre este problema de saúde pública. Para isto, utilizou-se exclusivamente dados secundários, obtidos através do Sistema Informação de Agravos de Notificação (SINAN), referentes a frequência de lesões auto provocadas por adolescentes em Pernambuco, entre os anos de 2013-2017, em seguida estes foram organizados em planilhas do Excel 2016® para elaboração da análise e criação de gráficos e tabelas. Este trabalho objetivou relatar experiências dos autores com relação à prática da interprofissionalidade em saúde e da educação interprofissional (EIP) proporcionadas pelo Programa de Educação pelo Trabalho para a Saúde edição interprofissionalidade (PET Saúde Interprofissionalidade) e suas contribuições para formação dos graduandos participantes. A colaboração interprofissional é uma estratégia do trabalho em equipe que consiste no processo de convivência no espaço comum entre diferentes profissões que desenvolvem a clínica ampliada, envolvendo o processo de comunicação e tomadas de decisões compartilhadas para a melhor produção do cuidado em saúde e em relação a construção da intersetorialidade se dá a partir da articulação de vários setores e envolve distintos atores sociais, tais como: governo, sociedade civil organizada, movimentos sociais, universidades, autoridades locais, setor econômico e mídia, tendo como preceito a reunião de vários saberes e possiblidades de atuação, no sentido de viabilizar um olhar mais amplo sobre a complexidade do objeto, a fim de possibilitar a análise dos problemas e das necessidades. Os dois pilares em conjuntos, vão buscar entender as necessidades da população, bem como um olhar mais ampliado para com os usuários dos serviços de saúde de forma Universal, Equânime e Integral, abrangendo toda a rede que pode ser usada como meio de promover saúde.
Self-inflicted violence is a serious public health problem with diverse repercussions on society. It has varied causes ranging from biological to sociocultural factors, which have increased in recent years. They are defined as any intentional behavior involving direct aggression to the body, without conscious intention of suicide, however, which may culminate in this negative outcome. Given this, this production aimed to analyze the cases of self-inflicted injuries in the state of Pernambuco from 2013 to 2017 and discuss about this public health problem. For this purpose, only secondary data, obtained through the Notification Disease Information System (SINAN), concerning the frequency of selfharm caused by adolescents in Pernambuco between 2013-2017, were used and then organized into spreadsheets. of Excel 2016® for analysis and graphing. Among the main results, it was found that the number of self-inflicted injuries by adolescents has increased in recent years and it was evidenced that the silence of society in relation to the theme, have contributed to this increase, because this is not discussed and society, In general, it fails to notice or ignore these signs of adolescent suffering and thus camouflaging this growing public health problem, the lack of information and explanation about the risks of self-destructive behavior also contributes to this aggravation. It was also identified that most of the reported cases were in female adolescents throughout the study period, noting the suffering of this public, which may be related to gender issues and the chauvinistic inheritance that still persists in Brazilian society, of the submission of women. Regarding race / color, there was a predominance in brown people, followed by white, however it is emphasized the high proportion (14.07%) of chips with this item ignored, which may result in misinterpretation. Given this, there is an urgent need to strengthen actions and programs aimed at preventing this problem through the creation and implementation of public policies. BACKGROUND: Systemic Arterial Hypertension is a chronic disease that affects the global population and can cause serious harm when not controlled. The prevalence is high and it is one of the conditions that most leads people to death. Therefore, multiprofessional care ensures a better integrality of care and avoids high direct and indirect costs. OBJECTIVE: Describe the context of hospital admissions for Systemic Arterial Hypertension and its consequences for the brazilian national health system. MATERIAL AND METHODS: Descriptive epidemiological study, which used public domain data of the authorization of hospital admissions for hypertension, available in the Hospital Information System of the Brazilian regions, in the period from 2014 to 2020. RESULTS: Were reported, 403,181 hospitalizations for Systemic Arterial Hypertension with an annual mean of 57,597 (?=12,319.9). The North east region (?=39.3, ?=9.0 per 100,000 inhabitants, significant temporal decrease) and North region (?=37.3, ?=8.9 per 100,000 inhabitants, significant temporal decrease) expressed the highest coefficients. Stood out the female population (?=58.5%, ?=1.01%, significant temporal decrease), the elderly (?=56.7%, ?=0.79%, stable) and brown people (?=39.1%, ?=1.2%, stable). The national annual average costs are close to $3.6 million (?=736.7 thousand). CONCLUSION: Improving the actions of Primary Health and knowing the consequences can support the planning and implementation of actions, impact the costs to the health system, as well as ensure that other levels of care perform the respective care, avoiding worsening of the clinical Picture.
No Brasil a sífilis ainda é um grave problema de saúde pública com diversas repercussões, dentre seus tipos, a gestacional e a congênita são infecções que refletem a situação de saúde de um lugar e a qualidade da atenção. Este trabalho objetivou analisar a distribuição dos casos de sífilis materna e congênita nas cinco regiões brasileiras no período de 2015-2018 e discutir seus impactos na saúde pública. Os dados foram obtidos através do Sistema de Informação de Agravos de Notificação e no site do Departamento de Condições Crônicas e Infecções Sexualmente Transmissíveis (DCCI), em seguida foram processados em planilhas do Excel 2016®, para elaboração das análises e criação de gráficos e tabelas. Dentre os resultados encontrados, notou-se que a região Sudeste se destacou em todos os anos, por ser a região com maior quantidade de casos notificados de sífilis congênita e gestacional. Além disso, outro achado importante foi o de que a maioria das mães que tiveram filhos com sífilis congênita realizaram consultas de pré-natal, porém muitas só tiveram o diagnóstico durante o parto. Outros pontos relevantes foram o elevado percentual de parceiros sexuais das mães com sífilis que não realizaram o tratamento e os óbitos infantis que tiveram como causa a sífilis congênita.
