Fused pyrimidine derivativesFused pyrimidine derivatives R 0515 Design and Synthesis of Potent, Orally Bioavailable Dihydroquinazolinone Inhibitors of p38 MAP Kinase. -A variety of new dihydroquinazoline inhibitors of p38 MAP kinase [cf. (VII) and (X)] are synthesized.
